The owner of the hostel is very kind, they have few cats and there's a small cafe in the lobby. They also can speak English and very helpful. The room is super comfy and the bathroom is clean as well. The air conditioning works pretty well, the internet as well.
The location is very close to the Sukhothai bus terminal and new city, but you need to take tuk tuk or taxi if you wanna go to the Sukhothai Old City. Around 15 minutes more or less. We forgot to check that details and there's only one grab driver in the whole city at that time. But, I believe the owner can help you to find driver or rent a motorbike for you. At that time we stay, it was the hottest day in Thailand. Few small ants appears in our room.

Good location if you have a scooter or bike to go around. The staff were super helpful and kind! One of the girl staff brought to me with her scooter a thing that I was forgetting at the hotel just before my departure at the bus station! She was so kind! Thank you very much

This place was a great place to stay for a short trip to visit the temples - a little bit of a way away from the attractions but not far in a grab or tuk tuk. The owner was super lovely and even told us about the local festival and how to get in etc which we would have missed otherwise. Definitely recommend for a nice quiet stay!

It was clean and modern.
It is on a busy and noisy road. Fortunately our room was towards the back, so not too bad. However the restaurant was right off the road and very loud. It is a bit of a walk to the new town, not bad at night but hot during the day.
