The Beach Village Resort

My parents had a fantastic stay at the hotel! They loved the peaceful location and the value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout their stay. Breakfast was okay. However, we did enjoy taking advantage of the hotel's complimentary bicycles and riding to the nearby beach.

The hotel's air conditioning system is a bit old and makes constant low-level noise. It's not too loud, but it could be bothersome to folks who are sensitive to noise. Other than that, the hotel's great and comfy.

The staff were fantastic with every request and were able to help organise all the tours of the national park. The resort had all the facilities we needed and I would recommend the stay here

Firm mattresses.

The room is specious, well equipped. parking in front. staff are helpfull.

both small and large towels were not changed after our 1st night - which was obviously expected.

The restaurant staff, front desk staff and kitchen staff are all super. We initially had a small problem with housekeeping but the front desk staff sorted things out rapidly. On the whole we had an excellent stay for the 7 days we were there. The pool was clean and the village was quiet.

The only thing that we had a small problem with was the housekeeping. However, this was rapidly resolved by the front desk staff and manager.

Only my family in the zone, make the pool like private pool. Free bike is very good facility. But many bikes are not in the good conditions. Need to check carefully before riding.

Too small bathing wall, cannot prevent water from shower. Making the whole bathroom wet.

Huge villa on a beautiful property, extremely high quality food. Breakfast was amazing everyday even though the place was empty. Staff are lovely. Free bikes were great. Pool was very deep.

Lots of insects, they didn’t have a lot of food on the menu as there are barely any guests but as the other restaurants along the seafront are all closed down as well this was a little disappointing e.g. they ran out of chips!!

Limited choices for breakfast. The property should also spray mosquito repellent around the restaurant, otherwise it’s not comfortable to eat at the restaurant.

Room not perfect clean, dusty… Shower floor very bad it runs wrong way into bedroom… The sister hotel “Oriental Beach Pearl” far higher standard…
