The villa is amazing, very clean. The house manager Patchalita was excellent, very friendly and could not have done more for us on our trip. She gave us reccomendations and organised transport for us daily. Lots of things quite close by, 15 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants

The villa is located at the top of a very steep hill! Many taxis either refused to take us to the villa or charged us alot more than usual, because of how narrow and steep the road is. Walking down is fine, but walking back up can be a struggle. That being said it didn't ruin our stay.

Everything was perfect. Amazing villa. Amazing host and staff. Nothing was too much trouble from showing us best places to eat, help us organize trips and best place for massages. We tried them all and was not disappointed. The location of the villa was a 20 min walk to beautiful Kata beach which was ideal as we could stroll back from the beach and call into the night market for street food then sit by the pool with a chilled glass of wine and watch the sun go down. The villa had everything you could wish for and if it was nt then "Toni" ( the owner ) would accommodate.There is not enough room on this review to say how amazing this villa was. We are definitely going to stay here again. Soon.

Nothing to dislike

I liked the location of the villa on the mountain and the friendliness of the hostess

Hotel hotel fresh, loft-style repair. There are no interruptions in the water supply. The room has all the necessary utensils and even more than you need. Staff. The manager is a big smart woman. while we were in quarantine, bought all the products we ordered, helped find transportation for movement. Very courteous and polite. We were very pleased to stay in this hotel.

The view is stunning at the villa, and very nice restaurant nearby the villas. The owner prepared fresh fruit everyday. Everything was very good overall. Thank you.

Such a wonderful place with nice sea view. Private and quiet it was a very good time over there with my family. The owner was very available for each of our request included transportation to the very close restaurant and beach. The welcome fruit set was delicious.

The service was amazing. Every need and request was met. The view from the villa is perfect for watching the sunset whilst swimming. The host speaks good english and communicates very well.

Great location if you appreciate nice views! Constant Sea breeze throughout the day. No need for air-condition, breeze was just right!

More of a caution for kids that the pool steps have sharp edges, so just beware. Long flight of stairs to get to the property. Overall excellent stay! : )

Everything perfect. Everything you need to feel like you stay at home. Perfect choice of tableware, pans two toasters and etc. And even HDMI cabel if you need. Perfect swimpool and hostess who help with everything. 19 min walking to the sea. Recommend!
