** Good size room with enough Furnitures. Couple of more chairs with a tea table would be great. ** Room was cleaned very well every day by TRE, NID, REE and others. ** Receptionist RIRACHA, TOUR and others were very friendly, willing to help anytime. ** Breakfast was value for money, can be improved with variety of items every day. ** Hotel location is good, relatively close to beach and not much noise around. ** Overall, very good for money.

We had a large spacious family room with a balcony. I like the stylish design of the hotel in white and purple tones. Wi-Fi was enough for video calls and watching TV. The staff was professional and nice. They speak good English. The main thing is that the hotel is on a back street, so there is less noise compared to other streets in Jomtien, you will appreciate it. But you can easily get to the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The big night market is 10 minutes away (go to the beach and turn right). And there are many places to eat, bars and massage parlors around. The main thing for me is that this hotel has a coffee machine with good bean coffee, and you can drink it any time for free (until 22:00). And there are bananas and tangerines. The hotel provides a light breakfast. If you do not eat much in the morning, this is enough.

For 3 nights no one came to clean and take out the trash. But it's not that important, this hotel has many more advantages!

Good size room and an excellent shower. If you hanker after architect designed grand atriums this is not for you. It's simple and basic but great value. Help yourself fruit and coffee in the lobby. The staff are exceptionally friendly..lovely people About a five minute walk to Jomtien beach and in the Soi there are lots of eateries. Tops mini also five minutes walk

I suppose some decoration such as a picture or two might give it more warmth. If you don't like the colour purple you may not enjoy the room. But if you do, there's lots of purple around!

My room was bigger then I had expected. The shower with shampoo and body gel in dispensers was a pleasant surprise. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. Outside the hotel is was quiet and lacked the craziness of Central Pattaya where I stayed for 4 days before coming here to Z by Zing. I used booking. com for my reservation and I only use booking.com for all my travel reservations. Z by Zing accepted my Visa Debit Card with my proper I.D. Many hotels here only accept cash.

Stayed 3 days in Z y Zing. Room was big, clean, facilities were very good , Housekeeping was also nice. They used to maintain hygiene. Everything was very good. But it was 7/8 km far from central Pattaya. Apart from distance it is an excellent hotel for those who wants to stay in Jomtien Beach area.

Distance was far from Central or North Pattaya which was heart of city.

Spacious room, clean, good shower and AC. We didn’t like the purple so much, but we just closed our eyes lol. Good bed, good sheets & pillows. Excellent location, with lots of parking.

Other guests on the same floor were quite noisy with screaming kids until very late in the evening and also above us, at 5:30am… Breakfast is OK but very basic, no eggs (and no water!), we really missed that. Great coffee though! All in all, good value for money.

2nd time here, very good again. Easy, friendly check-in and the guy immediately came to my room to help me sort out 1-2 things. Room included basic breakfast - just one hot dish = chicken + rice soup (congee), plus 2 cereals, bananas/oranges and bread/toaster. Highlight was espresso coffee maker

All guests were respectfully quiet at breakfast but 1-2 staff kept yelling loudly to each other, which was frustrating

You can't get better value for under 600b/night. I had a clean room, flat-screen TV with HDMI socket for my Firestick, a fridge, desk and chair, kettle with tea/coffee and free parking outside. The staff were also super friendly. I'll defo be back!

The WiFi disappeared during a storm (understandable!) and this soi is a cul-de-sac, so no direct access to 2nd road

The staff is absolutely amazing! Very helpful, and they actually like making small talk with the guests. They also have breakfast. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The soup and fruit yogurt and bananas were my favorite Wifi is also excellent and reliable if you're a digital nomad like myself.
