The Siamese Hotel

Large rooms, very clean, great helpful staff and quiet location.

If you’re into the downtown activities you need to take a taxi. If you’re from out of the country like me the BOLT app on the phone makes it super easy to get a taxi.

The only thing I genuinely hated and I think you should really do something about it is INTERNET. Wi-fi didn't really work at all! I could get some time slots when it functioned for a bit, but in general just forget about Youtube and all these things. I am pretty sure it is not that difficult to fix your Wi-fi. Please do that!

This was my second stay at the hotel. I’ve been on a two month vacation and stayed at many hotels but this one has impressed me the most. The Siamese Hotel has LARGE, clean rooms, comfortable king sized beds, beautiful bathrooms, quiet location and I believe all the rooms have a balcony. The staff were extremely helpful to me. The restaurant is fantastic. Overall the hotel, versus the price, is a great value!

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely reception area, dining room,hotel room, big balcony. Professional staff. Good location for couples wanting to visit attractions. Got Grab to Sanctuary of truth, big Buddha and Art museum for a very good price. Lovely big pool which we used every day. In walking distance to North bus station and terminal 21 (or cheap Grab if too hot). Felt a bit like a business hotel.

Located in a quiet area. Supermarkets, Terminal 21 shopping mall and restaurants nearby (10-15 min walk), 7 Eleven on the corner. Well designed, functional hotel. Interior design reflects the early 2000s, it would benefit form a new interior. Hotel probably better for business than leisure travellers. Friendly and helpful receptionists.

Massive language barrier between foreign guests and the receptionists. Staff were always kind and willing to help but the language barrier made things more complicated.

We visited the hotel several times, with family and just two of us too. The hotel is clean and hotel staff is friendly.

They breakfast needs an improvement. If you like to take your breakfast later the morning then many items from the buffet are not available anymore. (Maybe because of early bird tour groups) The breakfast room is nice…, so a more presentable buffet at 9.30 a.m. would be great.

The hotel was not too far from North Pattaya road (I travelled by private car) and therefore it is quite convenient to get to. Not being near any main attractions or busy streets meant that it was quite peaceful. There were not too many guests though as I stayed during the week. There is a 7-11 nearby and the hotel has its own cafe/restaurant. Staff were polite and helpful. The deluxe room I stayed in was spacious enough for 2 and the outside space was a nice addition. I found the pillows very comfortable and this made my sleep nice. They were soft and supported the head rather than being hard.

The table, chair and balcony area should have been cleaner to be honest. As an SHA certified hotel, they were not clean enough. Only blemish for me. I only stayed for 1 night so I wasn't able to make use of all the facilities.

Great hotel, especially for the money they ask. Feels like a solid 4-star hotel. The room was very clean and cozy, great interior, nice bathroom with amazing "tropical shower", nice beds and bedding, great daily room cleaning. Breakfast was great, despite what other comments say. There were all types of coffee, buns, croissants, eggs, bacon, vegetables, several Thai meat dishes, sausages, fruits, sweets. Polite staff, most - English speaking, more or less. I'd like to specially thank Suthirat - restaurant manager. He was very friendly and caring.

Wanted to have a few drinks in the hotel's bar, but every night we stayed it was occupied by semi-drunk Thais singing karaoke. I don't understand why would management let them do that, it's not a cheap pub. No drinks or snacks in minibar to choose from, only complimentary water. Late check-out is quite expensive, even when there are not many people staying. * But overall it was a great stay, I just hope they will take a note of the issues above.

As we were there with our own car location was fine really but still ok without car as not that far from most places people might want to go if on holiday . Breakfast and resturant setting very nice . Room nice enough and bed very comfortable All staff very nice ,polite and gave any help we asked for

Nothing really and deserves its 4 star rating

Breakfast was very good with good variety . Location for us was ideal for our purpose and stayed there last May also so with such a huge choice of hotels in area do not think anybody would return if not happy with first visit. All staff there very nice and helpfull as with our first visit
