great location with a lovely and clean good sized room with comfortable bed and nicely weighted duvet. Air con worked well.

Shower took a while to regulate the correct temperature, as was either boiling hot or too cold and wouldn’t maintain the correct temperature for more than a short time. Air con was good but the one in my room did rattle quite a bit, although not a big problem for me as can sleep through a nuclear blast!

Location is very good, close to everything important and room was very quiet. A small pool in 3rd floor was ok. Room is very small but had everything you need, very clean. Bed was very convenient, a good mattress. Nicer shower.

Only: Breakfast is very poor. No buffet, you can order 2 types, 200 Baht p.P. is too expensive for that. But because it starts late at 7.30am I didn't wait that and went before.

Room was clean and big; it had enough space to walk around and have vanity desk with mirror and chair. It also had space to sit. Ladies at front desk were very helpful. It was very close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Elevator was tiny but they have hand sanitizer inside and outside and it was kept clean. They provided sleepers for all 3 of us in room, an electric kettle, instant coffee etc. Room has space to organize clothes. Pool and pool area was small but clean and enough to refresh and relax. Our room was haunted, the vanity chair was dragged around at night, it was scary but also exciting. We'll use this hotel in the future

I don't have much to write here.. Bed sheets could be better. Chairs need to be cleaned.

We arrived earlier than checkin time but we were greeted with big smiles and allowed us to checked in 3 hrs earlier. The location is perfect, it’s in the center or everything. Restaurants, bars, cafes, near the ocean and night market (all is walking distance). The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. The room is massive and very clean.

They could improve the breakfast. But we still enjoyed it.

Good value for money. Very economical. Close to everything. Rooms were nice. Staff is great. Located across from a great English sports pub that has great food!

Hallway carpeting is really terrible (needs replacing). Only 1 elevator so you have to wait longer. Hot water was hit or miss in some rooms, but staff would assist to get corrected. Also, u have to leave key card in room for power. Breakfast was horrible. Only salad, bread, and dry cereal. Might as well not even have it.

the staff, very friendly and helpful, the room big enough for me, very clean, good comfort, tv, i would recommend to friends, except for one friend, cheap german, this was my 3. time at this hotel, first time i was lucky, stayed at the back of the hotel,my brother from germany stayed at the front to the second road, noisy, because of the bars across the street, other thanbthat everything was ok,

to adjust the water in the shower, long time before getting warm water, first very hot, then too cold, not easy to get it right, either too hot or then too cold,

I think our rooms were moved due to works taking place. This was not a problem and we had a great time at the hotel.

The only downside was 1 lift with no aircon although I understand this is in the process of being upgraded.

The location was excellent as just few hundred meters from the beach. The beds and sofas were great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not exception but reasonably well. There are many bars just across the street so lot of late night activity happening.

No sea view as that is the only thing missing.
