TJ Patong Hotel - SHA Plus

Friendly staff, towels and toilet roll replaced daily, 2 bottles of water also provided daily free of charge. Locksafe and refrigerator/freezer in room. Air conditioning worked brilliantly. Great location- 10 minutes walk from bangla road and 15 minutes to patong beach, brilliant laundry service with helpful staff not even 5 minutes walk (X-press laundry). Free access to pool at 'seeka boutique resort' which is 3 minutes walk down road. Overall great accommodation for short or longer stays.

Looking out of window terrace area very unappealing as birds seem to rest up there and poop all over. Not accessible as you would have to climb through the window, maybe they leave it this way to discourage people from climbing out there. Bed was on wheels so had to wedge shoes infront to stop from pushing away from the wall when sitting up. Not a big deal.

Large and clean room, good location with several options of restaurants, 7 Eleven a few steps from the hotel, very good swimming pool available in other hotel in the same street. In general is a good value for money, and I really recommend.

The staff is never available in the reception, and when I contacted them via WhatsApp (they only replied after my follow up by a call). The communication with the staff was terrible (via phone, WhatsApp, in person), as they have a very poor and limited English.

The room is spacious, modern and clean with air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. The shower works great. There is fast wifi. The location is great, near the beaches, shops, and everything else. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we stayed longer. The swimmingpool is nice

Almost no reception, they arrive at 15:00 Pm, but still invisible. If they would improve that, than i would give a 10

The location is easy for everything can walk to the beach and Bangla road would be about 10-15 mins but there is no reception (cause reception is based at the next hotel on the same road) but there's have Wifi and you can contact them by Whatsapp for 24vhrs and housekeeping there can speak English The room is good enough nothing has broken in the room and clean Its a really friendly price I will go back there next time for my next trip to Phuket

This hotel is just exceptional! Good price for excellent quality. Room was super clean and the staff cleaned it every day of our 4-day stay. Every day we came to the room with fresh towels, new toiletries and beautifully made bed. Bed was very big and comfortable, room was spacious and bathroom very convenient. Hot water in the bathroom. Coffee and bootle water was provided every day in the room. We had also fridge, kettle, tv and AC. WiFi was working perfectly. Location is also quite good, walking distance to the beach. Seven eleven, restaurants etc. just next to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only minus is that the name of the hotel is almost invisible, so we couldn't find it when we came first night. Taxi driver also couldn't find it! And it was next to us all the time 😅 Tip for you is to make bigger poster/banner with the name of hotel.

Perfect!!! Ther is no reason not to stay here! Location, breakfast, staffs are all great.The room is very large and clean.

The towels are brand new and fluffy :-) Halfway my stay they got brand new pillows, safes where getting fixed (battery replace) so they are working hard for the re-opening of Phuket. That I see a lot. Businesses starting to come back after being closed for 18 months, life retuning to Phuket.

For the price it's good quality. Water cooker and coffee, not available, staff nowhere to be seen. I took the liberty to take one downstairs, as they are available, just not in the room.

You couldn't have a better location, beach or want for more. We had a clean room which was perfect.

Great location. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk away at most (food, drinks/ smoke, 24/7 laundry, 7/11 stores, etc., except for the beach)

The room was a bit beat down but for the price it is, it's great value. The shower drain was VERY clogged up. A couple minutes in the shower and your feet are under water

Areas close to central and easy to go to the beach

No elevator need to walk upstairs , no reception and the housekeeper not friendly not welcome. I’m stay 2 nights and no cleaning my room until check out
