Samui Seabreeze Place

Literally next to the best beach in Samui, especially if you like swimming. Lovely staff, good massage near the beach and near plenty of amenities.

Great room with a beautiful pool view and balcony (the photo is what we saw from our balcony). 20 minute walk to the Lamai night market which had some cheap food and stands selling things etc. Few minute walk to the beach. Our room had a TV with YouTube, Netflix and phone casting (had some problems with connecting but still managed to make use of it and it’s better than any other TV we’ve experienced abroad so very grateful and happy to have it regardless. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels if you put the sign on your door. Very comfortable bed. The lady at the front desk was very nice, she helped us book a taxi to the pier and answered all our questions.

Different location of the hotel in “booking” and in real life , pictures looking better than in reality , but anyway you should go to koh samui with open heart 🤗

The building could use some maintenance but it is ok.

A small hotel (family hotel) with an excellent swimming pool.Our son really loved swimming in this pool. The pool is monitored and cleaned. We had a room on the 3rd floor, room 316. Next to the balcony, birds were singing, squirrels were running, butterflies were flying. The room has everything you need, even a beach bag. The beach is across the street from the hotel. We really liked Lamai beach (golden sand and transparent sea, magnificent huge stones - you can take great photos). The hotel is a little far from the entertainment area (with bars, restaurants, massage parlors), about 200- 300 meters, but we liked that it was quiet around since we were with a child. It was not difficult to get to the place of entertainment. Approximately 800-1000 meters from the hotel there is a Night market where you can buy souvenirs and of course try local food. You can always take a bike/car to see the island (we did that) . There is a Makro shop about 800 meters from the hotel (where you can buy everything you need). The hostess of the hotel is a very friendly person and always tried to help us (including helping to print out the necessary documents, which helped us a lot). Thank you for our stay at your hotel.

bathroom cleaning

First of all I can’t thank the host / receptionist enough, she was so so lovely and kind and energetic , sorted everything out that we needed whether it was taxis , tours , full moon party , our shower head snapped off one day and within 20 minutes we had a brand new one set up , she is absolutely amazing. Beds were comfy, pool was perfect, location about 5 min walk to 7 eleven so was pretty spot on & the beach is across the road. All around great stay , didn’t want to leave.

Only complain is that the bathroom could’ve done with a little modernising and a deep clean but was still good.

We liked eveything! Samui Seabreeze Place was very accommodating and wonderful. I would like to give kudos and thanks to the lady owner who took care of us in the reception everyday during our stay. She was very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and at times very much to the point (which is a good thing when you want straight answers). She provided assistance when I needed it and even offered me to try some special fruits from Thailand. The rooms are great, very clean, and organized. We had a corner pool view which was perfect with enough space to relax in the balcony and see the pool. The pool was a lot of fun and its actually deep, perfect for swimming, but also has an area that is very safe for small children. We took excellent pictures with this pool as the view/angles it offered for pictures was quite awesome. The hotel is clean, organized, very pretty, and perfectly located almost at the heart of everything in this part of the city. And the ocean was just a few steps away crossing the street. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side during our stay and the ocean was extremely dangerous and wild, so we traveled back to Chaweng beach during our last day to swim over there (the waters were much more calm and friendly these days over there) and came back to Lamai to our hotel for resting. I would come back here, no problems at all. I'm just sad we did not get to enjoy Lamai beach at all because of bad weather, I could not tell if this beach was as nice or better than Chaweng as so many people claim, because we had great weather in Chaweng and enjoyed the ocean over there as it was not aggressive. Hotel is an A+++ for us. Would come back.

The location is excellent! It's super close to lots of restaurants and shops and the beach. The staff is friendly and the pool was great for my kids. It's sort of at the older end of the street of restaurants and clubs, which I thought was a bonus because it wasn't loud at night at all.

The hotel is getting a bit older and could use some TLC, but it's still really comfortable to stay in and a great value for the money. Also, Everywhere you stay in Thailand has bugs that come up through the drains at night. The last place I stayed I put toilet paper over the drain at night and wet it to keep ants out! This place had a hole from the shower to the outside to drain and the (harmless) milipedes loved to come in if you didnt plug this with a bit of toilet paper. This is just part of being in a tropical country!

The location of the hotel is in Laman and thats a quite and relaxing place so I'd you like quite and relaxing this is the hotel to book! The owners of the hotel and restaurant were super nice!! And there is a hotel dog and he is the cutest! His name is browny and he is so adorable we almost took her with us haha. If I would visit Koh Samui again I would definitely consider booking this hotel again. The food they prepare at the hotel restaurant is very good and clean as well!

For this price each night there is not so much to dislike, so nothing!

Warm and friendly staff, great location, very comfortable stay, amazing value for money. Room was clean on arrival, and during our stay. We want to especially thank the manager (we didn’t catch her name) for being so helpful and kind - best service we have ever received at a hotel. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked. We loved everything and wished we could have stayed longer. Would recommend this place!
