The breakfast was fantastic. The free shuttle to Nathon & Chaweng. The Grounds and peaceful vibes.

It perhaps used to be of the 5* standard & definately has the makings to becoming one once again. It is tired & in need of some TLC. No activities as advertised. Both kayaks were broken when I asked to use one. The prices @ the beach bar were a bit over the top in my opinion. We also requested to move rooms when we arrived as the room was not clean at all. The 2nd one was an improvement.

Beautiful property,nice and secluded... Pool access was great from the room and the room had a massive tub too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the one at the beach bar(forgot his name). Food is priced reasonably...we didn't need to leave the place.

None really. Use share taxi from the airport as they turn out to be a cheaper option to reach the property.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Mrs Nok (receptionist) was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to for holiday. Private bathtub and large children pool. At the evening, this hotel is the best place to watch sunset.

The restaurant was bad. Very pricy for very small portions. And there is no alternative around because of the location. AND they should have a nicer pier. The plastic thing looks horrible and unusable.

Location - nothing nearby Staff - friendly but no idea what they were doing Only one restaurant/pub With limited choices Stuck there at night as everything shuts at 8 ! Room service was hot and miss - no water , no cups , no tea etc etc

Lovely staff, excellent breakfasts, fabulous bright deluxe rooms with superb balcony, great views, huge pool, can be good value depending on the price you pay. Short taxi to where the ferries land.

Some massage and food places just opened at the start of December within walking distance so that helps with the very limited, expensive and not very good food and drink options on-site. Spa closed in hotel. Poor TV reception with equally poor selection of film, news and sports channels. See-through glass door on the toilet is a bit odd. Only 2 snorkel sets and two paddles for the two 2-man kayaks? There is no beach here, the beds are in the grounds next to the sea, and on one day, there wasnt enough beds. You really need to arrive with your own transport here as it's pretty isolated. There's a shuttle available 3 times a day to Nathon Pier, but Nathon town itself is a bit of a dump.
