Breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about questions we had. Very nice family run business. The WIFI worked well. No cable TV. It worked well for what we needed. Transportation easy to get on the main road. Adequate for a short stay. Our family who was staying at a villa got less service than what we got from this little place. Fresh fluffy towels everyday. Nice cute cats running around and very friendly.
The shower head was a little low for a tall person but manageable.

The pool was clean and great for keeping cool, we preferred the villa to the family room. Only a 20 minute walk to the beautiful Chaweng Beach, 7 Kms of power white sand and crystal clear water
TV didn’t work, the shower had to be held while you sat in the bath in the villa, awkward. It looked a felt a little tired

The property had 2 swimming pools which was nice and a seating area under a terrace. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized location was a few mins from shops, about 15 mins from the beach
The chlorine in the main pool was very strong and the pool had a strange taste. The mattress was very hard and you could feel the springs. The cats were very annoying and breakfast time, pestering you. It would help if cat food is out as guests arrive or the cats are somewhere else.

The location was good. There was breakfast. Nothing special, a mix of omellete and sausage, cooked bacon, bread, cereal, and fruits
The bathroom and shower are in 1 space, so when you shower, the water stays for the entire day in the bathroom. The drainage is behind the toilet very inconvenient setup. There was supposed to be housekeeping, but the lady always skipped us. we had to ask every time for toilet paper. The walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbors from both sides. The property is family owned and, unfortunately, at times very loud. We expected way more from the price paid.
