Location couldn't be better for White Sand Beach area, make sure to try Ta and Yay across the road for dinner. Very centre of the village and right on the beach. Aircon in the room is great, quiet setting worked better here than most places which is important for sleep! Beds comfy, friendly staff, shower was lovely and strong, good hairdryer provided. Beautiful view on beach for sunset (in picture). Overall highly recommend

Cockroach in the room, I didn't mind but my girlfriend was put off. The lock on the door took some getting used to. Drinks were pretty expensive. 1 point lost for bar prices, 1 point for lock & cockroach - however, would return!

🌴 Just spent two incredible weeks at 15 Palms, and I can't even begin to describe how amazing this boutique hotel is! It exceeded our expectations in every way. 🏖️ Our room was a dream come true, exactly as advertised – and it was just a stone's throw away from the swimming pool and the pristine white sand beach. 🧹 The cleanliness was impeccable, a huge shoutout to the lovely cleaning lady who kept our room sparkling clean throughout our stay. 😎 The staff here strike the perfect balance between being chill and incredibly attentive. Special thanks to Madam Yom for taking such good care of us during our time here. 🙌 🍹 The cocktails and food were absolutely delightful, and the music they played created the perfect, laid-back atmosphere. It's all about those chill lounge vibes here. 🏬 Not to mention, 15 Palms is conveniently located near everything you might need - from 7-11, massages, restaurants, and even a gym. Amazing location right on the beach. BEST beach in Koh Chang (White Sand Beach). Gorgeous pool view room, super clean, modern and tidy. Everything you could need inside the room. Legit the ONLY place we’ve stayed on our travels where the TV actually works hahaha. Most comfortable bed in all our travels. Great restaurant on the beach. Amazing food. Incredible staff, awesome service with a big friendly smile. All round amazing vibes! Felt right at home. Ridiculously beautiful sunsets right here. Would absolutely recommend staying here, without a doubt! We would 100% come back here! Don’t want to leave. THANK YOU to everyone, especially Tony and Yom! Absolutely nothing!

I must confess that I selected this hotel based on its name, the images featured on its website, and the online reviews. Typically, I frequent luxury hotels, but on this occasion, I sought out a place where I could simply relax without the need to meticulously plan my leisure activities for photo opportunities. To my delight, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which offers a welcoming space for both guests and non-guests to savor alcoholic beverages while basking in the beauty of the sunset.

Just like many budget hotels, the air conditioning in this place wasn't as efficient as I'd hoped. It's worth noting that the two main factors I consider when rating a hotel are the effectiveness of the A/C and the quality of the shower.

Nice hotel. The rooms for 4 was in the upper level and had a nice sea view. The room was modern and nice. Pool was not big, but there weren’t many people, so it was big enough. Very good location, many restaurants and a market nearby. Direct access to a clean beach with soft sand. Restaurant had seating on the beach and it was nice to have some drinks while watching the sunset. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. They also had kids menu.

No breakfast for hotel guest. You can buy breakfast from the restaurant menu, but eg. a discount for hotel guests would be nice.

Beautiful beachfront hotel that feels very cozy. Drinks and food in the open air restaurant and on the deck facing the sunset over the sea are delicious. The rooms are very comfortable with strong AC, nice decor, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with good water pressure. There is a shaded pool near the restaurant as well. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Great Stay! Thanks to all the staff and Tony. Very clean and modern furnished rooms. The beds were so comfy, air con was like ice, very thankful for this as it was so hot this week, great shower and bathroom. Food in the restaurant was awesome, try the full English Breakie and the Burgers, wow! the location was awesome, and the beach has to be one of the top 10 in the world. Will be coming back again very soon.

a nice small local hotel, very convenient location, only a few walking steps to White Sand beach and next to convenient stores and lots of eating places, comfortable room with nice double volume floor, restaurant beside the beach is very comfortable and breezy, White sand beach is really nice for walking, swimming, clean and clear.

Swimming pool is too small. it’s more like a jacuzzi pool not swimming pool.

Being a family of four with 2 young children, the room is our favorite with the loft for the kids to have their own space. The pools proximity to the beach was convenient, the kids went back and forth all day. The staff was amazing and the food was great! Our kids loved the ice cream choices! Also the location on white beach made everything easy. This was our third time staying here, we will always come back.
