Large pool good facilities good location very clean

You are paying 5 star prices but sleeping in a 3 star room, surely you could up grade the furniture after 20 years. A nice big tv would not go a miss.

The staff are the most professional and friendliest I've met anywhere in Thailand. HR are doing a great job in recruitment and training. My choice of Hotel when I go to Hua Hin and never dissapointed. Excellent service, food, and value for money.

My only comment was the TV in the room was small and no YouTube or Netflix which other hotels are now able to offer.

Loved the room and balcony (Room 911). Very quiet room and very well laid out. Loved our Housekeeper, Ms. Lec; she was exceptional. Our balcony did not have a fan but she was able to give us a floor fan for our use during the entire stay as the mornings tended to be overly warm. Loved the overnight view of all the little sailing vessels which were decorated and lit up in celebration of the Thai New Year. The Club Lounge was great for evening snacks and the staff managing that function were all extremely welcoming. The Chef at The Market was really special and accommodated our every breakfast needs as did the entire staff working there. Really, everything was perfect.

Wish the beach in front of the Hilton was wider and a little easier to get to the main stretch of beach beginning at the Centara Hotel. We had a little problem with the presence of small ants at the coffee bar in our room and on our working desk but Ms. Lec took care of that.

Absolutely everything is well thought about and around. Staff is really working there and taking care of the hotel and mostly their guest. You will find everybody smiling and greeting you in a very welcoming and kind way. Always find a spot at the fantastic pool and check out the rooftop bar. It's really everything as you might expect. We especially loved the bed and pillow. Best nights in weeks. Thank you very everything

Although we loved the hotel really much, we won't come back to Huan Hin. We simply don't like it there. As longtime travelers in Thailand, we appreciate places like Phuket and such much more. We really don't get what people feel about Hua Hin

We received an upgrade because the internet in the old (not yet renovated rooms was really bad). The newly renovated room, however, was amazing. All restaurants at Hilton have great food and an amazing value for money.

Spacious room and balcony, great location, nice staff, good view of the ocean. All are good for relaxing days and nights.

Breakfast and coffee are unbelievably under standard! All items were provided but none in good quality. Updated, the next day the breakfast was a lot better, even coffee no longer tasted like leftover coffee. The staff told me they dropped quality and quantity of the breakfast on weekdays. But why?

We enjoyed the variety of food for breakfast. the Quality of food was very good. The hot items did change somewhat, but they could change it even a bit more. After 5 days, we still found that we basically ate the same. (Although we do at home too but home is still the best) The location of the hotel is very good. The looks of the main building is a bit dated but the room (premium) was nice, big and comfortable with a good sized balcony and nice see view. The staff is really nice and attentive. Probably the best part which stands out. The pillows (2) are the same and it would be nice if one would be soft and the other harder, so one could choose what suits each best. The pool area is nice and the pool long to swim in. Although it is a chlorine pool it was not too bad. Would be nice if it could be switched to lightly salted. I felt that the water in general in the hotel had a bit of a smell, but that is not for this hotel only but the other location we stayed in as well with family. Must be Hua Hin I assume! Nice to walk right outside on the beach is a good plus too and that you do not need a car for everything like probably more likely in areas more outside like ChaAm.

See the minor items mentioned above. In general it was a very nice 5 day stay. In the pool area there are two shower possibilities but I see hardly anyone using it. Mostly because they are fairly hidden. It took me a good search too to find one and on the second visit I found the second one too. I am used to shower before I would go into the pool but watching others. I believe about 90% around the world seem to neglect that. I would consider it a plus if the hotel management would point out the procedure and guide the people to the shower option. Everybody is a bit overdoing it with the sometimes useless Covid precautions but then in other areas neglect hygiene altogether.

The resort has great facilities for guests like private beach, a great pool, spa and kid's club for small kids. So a family can easily spend a day or two in the resort without going out. Also the location is great and convenient. Breakfast was good as well. Would highly recommend this resort for family with small kids.

Almost everything in the resort closes at 7pm which was very strange and inconvenient. There was literally nothing to do after 7pm. Even the AC was turned off in the lobby/reception area so the area was like pretty much dead. This is something we didn't expect. Also we took half board expecting buffet dinner but there was no buffet. So it was a mistake to take half board because there are not many options for dinner in the hotel when it comes to prepaid half board.

This is our 3rd time staying at Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. Sadly, the second stay in May 2022 did not quite impress us but we still booked for this third stay for our family trip. I would like to say thank you to the reservation team who promptly responded to my request regarding the rooms. Since after Covid, we haven’t seen our family in Austria for 2 years, this time we planned for our family get together trip and chose Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa for our stay. Khun Paweena Jansiri responded to my request for rooms next to each other or connecting rooms, without guarantee whether we will get the rooms according to our request, I felt GREAT that my request has been taken into consideration. On arrival date we arrived at the hotel approximately 2:00pm, luckily Khun Eng at the Front Desk informed us that we can check in already even though the check in time is at 3:00pm. Surprisingly, our room request was accommodated for the connecting rooms, being upgraded and on high floor with a panoramic view. This is more than what we’ve asked for. It was so sad, I did not get the name of our Housekeeping staffs. They were amazing and very accommodating to our request. I was travelling with 2 kids and it was difficult for Housekeeping to service our room as my child taking turn to nap during the day but when we met our Housekeeping lady in the hallway, I only asked her to take the garbage out since it was already late in the afternoon but she managed to clean and tidy up the whole room. Kudos to Housekeeping staffs! They also did not forget about my request for baby cot, extra towels and extra pillows. Back in September 2021, I found the staff by the pool were more friendly and more accommodating. It might be because during that time, there was not so many guests in the hotel so when reaching to the beach chair, the staff came to us with the beach towels without asking but not for this time.

It's what you expect from a large Hilton Hotel. Big rooms/balcony, nice bathroom. TV with some non-Thai channels. Huge breakfast buffet with some odd ingredients [bread & butter pudding for breakfast?], you could get a meal from the International section without going to the Thai, cake, dim sum, sushi, cold cuts, fruit etc sections. Large sunbathing area, swimming pools and beach access. Bar/restaurant area on your doorstep. Big gym.

They have only 4 lifts for 17 floors - one wasn't working, we seemed to spend a while waiting for lifts. The underground car park wasn't well lit. We were on floor 1 and although you could see the sea the view wasn't impressive, you probably need to be higher for the full effect..
