Great hotel with pool in the west side of the old city. Close to many restaurants and a mini market. Tons of breakfast places nearby which is good, as the hotel has no kitchen. The place is absolutely spotless and is almost constantly being cleaned. Good air conditioning and WiFi in every room. The maintenance guy, cleaner and night check in man is an absolute legend. The majority of the staff are absolute diamonds. We extended our stay twice, it was that good.

The main receptionist comes across as bit grumpy if you disturb her from her mobile phone or YouTube. No longer kettles in the room, instead there’s free coffee and tea at reception.

We stayed here for 8 night in total. The room is a decent size, huge bed, a little fridge and a suitable bathroom. Nothing spectacular, but good value for money and in a good location in the old town within walking distance to everything. The staff are friendly and helped us book some activities.

The aircon in our room was pretty weak so the room always felt a bit hot. The pool is quite small and feels a bit dirty, it also gets very hot - so if you are booking this hoping to spend a lot of time in the pool you might want to look elsewhere.

Perfect location is you want to stay away from all the busy arias nice and quiet. 20 min walk into the main town and a great little walk Two great cafe 30 second walk from the hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful and always there of you needed something. Pool is open late which is also a huge plus!!

Good size room and good outside light, helpful staff though the reception staff are not available outside normal day working hours, and we had to deal with the security man who doesn't speak English much but helpful anyway. Coffee and Tea available at reception area all the time.

We were allocated a room on the 5th floor without a lift, and it was hard going up/down with our luggage. The wifi kept playing up and did not really work well. Tried to speak to the security man but he couldn't really help. Location is OK, but too far to walk to the old city wall Gate.

Very good hotel for it’s stars. Stuff helpfull, let me check in earlier with no fee. Pool is large and clean. Quite hotel as off main road but just few steps aways. There ir very nice cafe next to it. We had electrical blast on one of rainy days at late evening, however I was expecting that they will fix that only in morning as it was already late, but they did that at midnight (!!) bed was massive and very comfortable. Shower nice and good steam.

Lock on room door feels clumsy and not safe, however there is cameras all around. Check in desk seems not working at night but that was not issue for me. Sink in shower need maintaining but was working fine. Kettle could be in room not downstairs. Soundproof could be better.

Perfect location. Nice staff. Great size and comfortable rooms. Nice size swimming pool.

Needs a bit of improvement in cleaning... Pool was a bit dirty as well as my sheets and towels when i came in.. so I had to ask to change them and they were changed within an hour which is good.

The pool was nice, staff also very cute and helpful, beds super comfortable. Free coffee/tea and some snacks. Close to Wat Phra Singh, good location!

Wi-fi in the room was not working well at times, would be good to have more space to park motorbikes.

Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They put a water refilling station next to the coffee and tea station but I'm pretty sure they didn't refill it with drinking water. My sister and I both felt sick after refilling our bottles from the water container.

Great location and fantastic pool. Staff were nice and check-in/out was easy.

A/C didn’t work properly and seemed stuck on 18c when it was on which is far too cold for more than a couple of minutes. No towel rail that’s not within the spray zone of the shower.

great location and super comfy ! the staff were nearly non existent to be honest but the rest of my experience was amazing !

I did not enjoy the lack of presence of staff BUT I left a pair or shoes there and they have been kind enough to hold them there for me sooo that is enough to rip the scales for me !! very clean , excellent location , nice pool / lounging space and comfy rooms !
