Le Naview @Prasingh

Our room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel breakfast was varied, with cereals, fruit, cooked food etc. The hotel is located in the old part of Chiang Mai city, close to temples and various walking markets. Some of these are within walking distance but there are also plenty of options for getting around if you would prefer not to walk - tuk tuks, Songthaews (red taxis) or Grab taxis etc. The hotel pool was refreshing after a day out in the humidity, as was the air conditioning in our room. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. There is a lady at the counter beside reception who was brilliant in helping us to plan our day trips for the limited time we had in Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location and nearby everything! Lots of cafes, restaurants, even a pharmacy and a 7-11 were close. The ATM was a few minutes down the street as well. I went to the night market, which was a 20 minute walk from the hotel and was an easy walk. Plenty of tuk tuks and taxis around if you can’t walk for long distances. My room was clean and upon check in, there were 2 cute elephants made from towels which were placed on the bed. I also loved the shower! As silly as it sounds, the shower head was great. The pressure was strong, yet soft at the same time. There was also a separate heater setting in the shower that allowed you more control of the temperature of the water. I found this more helpful versus a regular shower handle. Previous hotels I stayed at while in Thailand, the water would fluctuate from super hot to cold during my showers. Not sure why this would happen, but this didn’t happen at Le Naview. Staff were also super friendly and answered any questions that I had. The pool is small compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, but great to use on a hot day and was a decent size. The hotel is also nearby the airport, about 10-15 mins away driving depending on traffic. Since I went during non-peak season (monsoon season), the streets were very quiet at night.

Location: Walking distant to Night Bazaar, Cafe and Massage Salon. Easy to take transport. Room: No complained about the room. Spacious, Clean and Comfy Breakfast : Not applicable as we want to try local food outside

Despite the signage to keep silent at the doorway, still there some guests who are not considerate. Talking loudly with the door open and kids running at the hallway early in the morning even before 7am. To that extend my friend called the receptionist to complain. And I opened the door and ask them to closed their door and lower down their volumn. Though this is not the hotel fault .

This hotel is really very nice: the rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the location is perfect in the old town. The staff is very friendly and takes care of your comfort. . A special mention for the ladies who clean the rooms who are very professional and pay attention to the smallest detail. For example the first day of my arrival there was nothing in the shower block to put the soap that I use. So I put it on the ground. The next day, without my asking anyone, a small tablet was installed in the shower unit! I have never seen that.

Lovely new hotel in the old city that had everything I could want - the biggest hotel room I’ve seen with everything from a laundry bag and tea making facilities to free toothpaste and hand wash. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely to relax around and the downstairs seating area was a great place to sit and relax too. A couple of minutes walk from the famous walking street market and great restaurants it was a wonderful stay.

There could be more seats by the pool.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, super clean, comfortable and beautiful as well. With a nice balcony, a fridge, a big TV, a lovely bathroom with all the products one could need. They offer a good laundry service, a free luggage storage, and have a swimming pool and a nice restaurant for the breakfast and lunch. The staff is very kind and helpful and the hotel is located very close to one of the most important temples in the old city. There also was a particular care into reducing the use of plastic packaging and they leave you the choice about daily changes of towels and linen but encouraging you to water saving.

Nothing. Everything was great. An ironing service added to the laundry service and have a TV where one could connect to Netflix would have made the stay better than perfect.

room was huge and quiet (we were at the back). could hear the birds in the morning and had a little mountain view. great to have a pool to cool down in. clean and comfortable, massive bed. staff were helpful and having the lift was helpful too. they looked after our luggage after check out until it was time for our taxi. they took care of all the bags so we didn’t have to lift a thing.

sometimes pool was busy with a family and awkward to share with others as it’s small. the attached restaurant was not suitable for my liking but comfortable open air space to sit. busy road.

Stayed in the mini suite for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean and have everything we need. Love the big bathtub and water pressure is acceptable. There are also many power sockets within the room to charge all our electronic items. Location is great since its in old city but 7-11 is a 5 mins walk away.

The staff serving breakfast did not look happy to serve customers. Pulled a long face every morning and purposely took a long time to refill the items even after reminding them. Pillows on the bed were not really comfy as compared to other hotels I stayed before.

A very nice hotel in the old Chiang Mai town, the room was clean and functional. Two free toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom and free bottle water daily. The room doesn’t come with a microwave just a heads up. The staff are very friendly and accommodating which was so sweet seeing as we don’t speak Thai. There’s a nice lady that works with the hotels to arrange tours.

The night market is a further walk than advertised but a tuk tuk ride for two was only 150 baht or $1.44 usd.

The hotel is pretty nice, modern and Small enough to be comfortable. Spacious rooms, good AC and bathroom. good swimmingpool and helpful staff. very convenient in location inside the walls of old town, with scooter rental, laundry and other servicies right in front. The laundry of the hotel is also good. Private parking available right aside.

Breakfast is ok. Nothing else. Pillows are terrible. really bad and its been a constant in this part of the globe. I know it is a personal matter but in this case are so fluffy, soft. Do not keep the form at all. Don’t work for sleeping nor reading. useless.
