Though located on an alley surrounded with lots of street food hawkers, the situation is quiet and peaceful. Very easy to find halal food, pratunam market, big C and other prestigious malls are just about 15 mins. walk away. Staff are nice and helpful, especially el and fitri. The room is clean and smell pleasantly completed with toiletteries and hair dryer. They even provide an iron with ironing table on each floor that can be used by all guests and change the towels every dat. For a small hotel it is very surprising that it has complete facilities like a starred hotel.

The room is a bit small, but is very clean and worth the money you pay. Keep up the good work!

When u enter the place ,smells so relax interiors look beautiful and clean. Room received on time,smells good to feel like in a spa,clean toilet but is better if there’s 2-3 hooks to hang things. Bed is comfortable bed is also clean and feel relax when lay down,about the room is clean too,but to stay with family need a small cabinet or at least more of hooks to hang For the basin section is where the pantry is also located.Pantry area needed more shelving because too little place to put things on it. Basin need to clean more better because there’s some algae is kinda unpleasant to look at it. overall nothings negative about the room because it is always clean and feel relax after a long day outside. The staff is so welcoming,always smiling and kind too. Would stay here again when back to bangkok

Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning and basic amenities. Relatively close to the Paya Thai station (a 5+ minute walk down a narrow alley). Quiet and away from noisy roads although a little walk away from public transport. Friendly staff and a shoes off policy in the hotel (guest shoes are kept in a locker in the lobby and slippers provided for inside the hotel).

The only minor improvement may have been turning on the air conditioning prior to our arrival (the room was very hot and the hotel was aware of our arrival time). Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Note that the bathroom is not sealed and air-conditioned (which was not a problem for us).

The room we had is clean and smelled good upon entering. It is just the right size (two double decker beds for the four of us). The toilet is a little bit small, but clean. There is a free-flowing coffee and tea anytime of the day, and free simple breakfast fare (toasts with two different jams, butter, instant noodles, coffee or chocolate drinks). Outside of the quaint hotel are various eateries, spa, and a nearby 7-Eleven store.

The nearest train station is probably a thousand steps away --- not really far, though. While the receptionist we met upon check-in is superb, the one who replaced him after 2PM is quite snobbish. Our room has no chairs to sit. We requested for two chairs and we were given right away, but have to be retrieved the following morning because they were borrowed from the pantry area. It would be nice if they can put one or two chairs in each room to enable guests to sit there rather on the beds themselves.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very authentic but also very convenient. A short walk from BTS and Siam/Paragon. Location was quiet.

Shower wasn't wonderful, but not bad.

Location is very close to Phaya Thai and Airport Rail Link, about 10 mins walk (but you may be confused with the small lane from the BTS station at first, just trust Google maps) Bed and pillows are really comfortable. Friendly staff. The hotel is located in a Muslim area, and we really enjoyed the local food and daily life there. 02 7-Elevens nearby. You can pay by cards.

Room is narrow, more than we expected, the photos on booking dot com did a good job hiding that. The noises from the water pumping machine and elevator are very loud at night, the pumping machine even operates on intervals all night, so be careful light sleepers. The balcony is useless as a balcony. The basin is outside the bathroom but there is no mirror with it.

I like the location. The area is full of surprises where you can enjoy interesting mix of cultures and foods. The style of the room is gorgeous. And i also love the mini bar for breakfast!

One suggestion ：the hotel itself is not equipped with washing machine either laundry for drying clothes. I think on the website it should be mentioned clearly so to avoid misunderstanding.At least, for me, i expected to wash and dry my clothes inside the hotel from the information but then informed by the staff one needs to go out for laundry shop. ....

The staff is always there to help. + Great location of you want to stay with the locals and hate over popular places like shukumvit + Cheap food around + Rooms were clean and beds were excellent 👍 + Staff is very friendly and polite + They always clean the rooms + Always give free water + Free coffee and tea + Nice people around

- Probably room size could be better - sometimes the reception door is closed during the night. - Maybe adopting a different entrance mechanism like entrance cards would be great so you can enter during the night.

Family owning the property is amazing, you get a complementary breakfast, everything is nice and comfortable, nothing really missing in the hotel. Location is perfect to come to Airport, but street going to hotel might be scary if you are a single women, even though Bangkok is extremely safe city, except for pedestrians.

The only reason for the 9 is that pictures were probably taken couple of years ago and with better light, so updated pictures would be fair.

Absolutely loved the location, it’s located walking distance from the prime shopping malls and streets and restaurants. Absolutely LOVED the staff & their hospitality, Loved the rooms very cute and perfect for friends travelling together, Hot water in the bathroom was a blessing , felt refreshing after long days of shopping ! they were so kind with their in-house kitchen & eating area. Everything was so nicely kept & mainly again very safe and lovely people♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
