The doorman and security were excellent, the front office staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. Housekeeping lady excellent....

Breakfast of very low standards and quality, room requires some up grading, washing machine very dated.

Good location. A bit away from urban hassle. Walking distance to high-end malls. Clean studio room with a full kitchen and full bath. Exceptional value for money.

The size of the room is great . I stayed in two types of room over a week . Initially , a one bedroomed suite with balcony overlooking the front of the hotel . On returning from a few days out of the city, I had a suite room for one night , which overlooked a construction site , but it was ok for the night . This room is still well equipped but does not have a sectioned off kitchen space or a mirror in the bathroom . Both rooms are fantastic for relaxing after a hot day exploring Bkk..Loved the pool and the kindness of the staff in allowing me to leave my main luggage for a few days whilst I traveled somewhere else .

Would be good to have a mirror in the bath room in the suite room and a clothes rack on the balcony .

The location was good, close to BTS Skytrain station and shopping malls. The elevator was wide Apartment was studio so the ensuite kitchen had all utensils. the bed was very comfy.

the shower enclosures didn't have any soap case/counter, where would one keep his soap/shampoo during shower? The sink didnt have much room around it to keep your shaving kit and other stuffs! The balcony could not be used due to AC outdoor unit placement.

Location is good. Just a short walk to the BTS. Room cleaning is thorough, the pool wasn't too busy. Almost unused, in fact. I did not try the restaurant. There are 2 great vegan/vegetarian restaurants across the street. The bed/mattress was great, the couch was comfortable. The staff gave me a late check-out for 1pm at no charge, which they said is standard policy (as long as they have availability). The staff came across as dour in appearance and behaviour but were most helpful when I asked about things.

There are some chipped tiles here and there and my room looked a bit... Out of date with the furniture and general interior. Only one main elevator for a 12(?) storey building is a bit inconvenient at peak hours. The balcony was more like a ledge. Nice to be able to open a door to the outside but that's about all.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, lending me scissors, and printing a document for me. They accommodated my late night check in, and merged my 2 separate bookings with no hassle. The views from the balcony were great. The hotel was quiet and well positioned for BTS. The sauna, steam room, and pool were lovely.

Nothing really. Could be better lighting round the pool for swims after dark.

The room has desk with enough space, and bathroom has a shower booth. The staff have nice hospitality and responded quickly to my requests. They called for a taxi and told me a normal taxi charge. Close to a BTS station, about 5 minutes walk.

The towels are somewhat worn out, but not a serious problem.

Good location: lots of malls and amazing street food places are around. Really friendly stuff, helped with everything I needed. Pool has a good view.

I made an error with my initial booking, and actually arrived a day early. The night staff were very polite, and accommodating with my late check in, making sure I had the same room for the duration of my stay.
