Citichic Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality

Like: location. Dang massage at end of street was excellent, also Punjab grill for a fancy dinner. Room has fridge and kettle. nice staff and honest place. Convenience store in front. Can walk from makkasan metro airport Line (20 mins), ferry and Nana station close. Vegan restaurant nearby on soi 13. Rooftop pool area is quite nice but had no shade .Your own router so safer wifi. Didn't like: it's more shabby chic... shower water ran into floor in toilet, everything a bit tired, no city views in terrace rooms as suggested in listing, terrace rooms 103 and 104 have all the guests walking past them,(101 and 102 are more private) terrace not that appealing and no mossie screens so when you open the door they fly in. The fitness centre is empty and locked. No USB port in tv and just basic channels. Pillows were lumpy and high. Just letting you know this... On the whole we were happy there🌞

really spacious room and bathroom. very clean and comfortable. fridge and kettle in the room with tea and coffee was great. large window for lots of natural light. really close to soi 11 and other things but still really quiet. family mart downstairs was super handy. staff are really lovely and let us leave our luggage before check in and once we’d checked out. the bed was comfortable and the aircon and Wi-Fi worked well. there’s a rooftop pool which looked very clean we just didn’t get chance to use it. really enjoyed our stay:)

Really everything, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, and a great location. The convenience store next to the lobby was a nice bonus, and it's just a short walk to the bts, terminal 21 and the night life. Probably my favorite thing about this hotel was it's closeness to one of my favorite bar/restaurant in Bangkok The Sportsman great food and great beers plus plenty of pool tables. This will be my go to hotel now while visiting Bangkok.

.One little thing on Booking.com it says that there is no pool. When I got there I found out there was a pool, Booking.com needs to correct this in the description.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. The bed and room were comfortable.

the location of the hotel was a bit well into the Soi 13 (alley), so you would have to walk a lot if you are planning to. The bangkok heat is not easy to get used to. So i suggest taking cab or motorcycle to certain places. the items in the room are a bit outdated and not maintained sufficiently.

for the price, i m satisfied. front reception was nice. room was alright, not the best but considering I'm just sleeping for one night, it did the job. but generally, the rooms were looking tired and could do with some renov. location was pretty good as it is near food, drinks and conv store.

my room came with a patio which was looking old. could do with some revamp. pity such a nice outdoor sitting was not well maintained. a ceiling fan and perhaps a new coat of paint and some repairs will make this room more appealing.

Room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Lighting was a little dim. Location was excellent and near loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful with requests for assistance etc...

Road noise was bad in my first room at the front of the Hotel. However, when I mentioned this to the staff, I was immediately moved to the rear of the building which was very quiet. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice and lots of space to sit or lay for sunbathing etc.

I like the property because it is convenient and close to Sukhumvit. There’s always a stream of traffic which runs past the venue and is situated on top of a family mart 24 hour convenience store. The Wi-Fi here is excellent and the choice of TV channels is extensive.

The facility is a bit old. A lot of the carpet is needed repair. The rooms were tidy, but there’s a feeling of tiredness.

Overall the hotel is good, and good location

I booked the room via booking.com for my other half and the only issue we had is the hotel refused to use my card without me being present even though I booked it online. They also don't phone internationally to take payment over the phone. I would like the ability and hassle free way of booking for my partner with my credit card.

It looks like it used to be a nice hotel, but definitely needs freshing up. Room was big enough, nice bathroom with lovely, big bathtub. Staff very friendly. Cute little swimming pool. Location is ok, close to restaurants and other facilities.

A bit outdated. It was not cleaned properly as there was hair in the bathroom. Hot & cold water in the shower was very difficult to control, it was either too hot or too cold.

Spacious room and bathroom. Super comfy bed, the pillows were incredibly comfortable! Apartment looking room with nice lounger, a desk and chair, outdoor sitting area, and the room had its own router! Small rooftop pool, very clean. And a great gym! The staff was fantastic! Front desk was super helpful and the cleaning staff was lovely. I'm definetely coming back!

Rooms lacks a bit of light in the bed area, but it was still fine.
