In conclusion, it is a pleasant hotel with a very good price-quality ratio. For me, it was very important that a small kitchenette was included. It has a good location to shopping centres and to the MRT and Sky Train. And if you need to go to the supermarket, don't go into the 7eleven, which is in the direction of Terminal21, but go around the hotel to the right and then after about 150m on the same side there is a large supermarket!!!!

Some things already looked a bit worn or old.

Good buffet breakfast with both Thai and western foods, and cappuccino machine. The rooftop pool was refreshing. 24 hour desk and security person. Soi 16 runs close to Sukhumvit Rd and a stop for the Sky Train so is a convenient location. There was a 7-11 And Foodland grocery store close. There was token operated laundry machines in the hotel as well.

Only negative was we thought we had a pickup arranged but they couldn't get a driver, but at minute there were plenty taxis. Also, we left early and they gave us a breakfast box, but the eggs and toast were cold and hard, and messy to eat with no plastic fork.

Excellent this place met more than our expectations, the Staff from the Reception to the Housekeeper were Professional and Pleasant. Nothing was too much for them to manage and should be congratulated. Just a short walk to 2 mini markets, and the Shopping Complex plus the Skytrain.

The lounges around the pool area should be replaced with a couple of chairs, then more than 2 guests could be seated! Unfortunately the outside appearance, the paint job, is totally awful, a freshen up is certainly needed, as it is quite a deterrent, and not everyone is aware of the lovely interior of the Building.

Location. Location. This is not the first time that I have stayed at this Citadines when visiting Bangkok. Easy to and from the airport via rail link then switch to using BTS or MRT. Both stations (Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS) within same location, it's a 15 minute walk to the property from either station. If you have heavy luggages, they will arrange you a taxi for 500 baht (subject to change) to the airport including toll fees. I have access to use the swimming pool and a fitness room which is a plus. Therefore, I do not miss my routine exercises.

The overall impression is quite good. Good value for money. The location is great- close to the center. There is a large recreational part just across the road. I room is well orginized and clean.

The night I stayed, there was some serious noise - seems like a group of guests were having a very rough party. The hotel staff did repond to the complain but it took them some time to locate the source of the noise. A guest/visitor (knocked on my door at 2:00AM!) I do suggest the staff to tighten their security measures.

I have stayed at this property before as the location is convenient for my work as well as access to MRT and BTS. Staff are always helpful and friendly including the security guys outside. Rooms are large and I love having an extra lounge and seats to sit down either relaxing or working at the table. The kitchenette is a bonus - another reason I like Citadines. If you are not looking for 5 star luxury and facilities, this is the best place to stay.

Nothing particular that I did not like except I was too busy to use the pool on this trip.

- The Security Man was very polite and helpful - deserving a medal; - Front desk and house keeping staff were generally cheerful and friendly; - GREAT location next to 2 stations, supermarket and convenient store; - Apartment was clean with facilities appropriate for short stays and a fair size bathroom; and - Swimming pool was good for a quick swim after sightseeing in the city.

All was well and shall return.

Location is very good, you have MRT and BTS very close from hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The price is ok for the size of the room and the location.

Some person from the staff are friendly some others don’t even say hello when you cross with them. They say the rooms are isolated, but actually you can hear any sound coming from the aisle or from the near rooms. I didn’t use the pool, but it was quite small.

My 3rd stay at Citadines after Barcelona and Dubai. Loved it! Everything was amazing. Rooms were tidy, the staff was very polite, the location is very prime near the Terminal 21 mall and the Asok BTS metro station.

The only thing was that the receptionist didn't ask if I needed a non-smoking floor. I assumed that that's understood and they gave me a smoking floor. Next time onwards, I will be upfront in telling them.

Spacious! have microwave oven for reheating street food bought downstairs! conveniently located, can make good use of the escalator inside Exchange Tower which is linked to BTS Asok.

Relatively low shower pressure for comfortable bath. otherwise everything would be great!
