Best Western Click Sathorn 11 Bangkok

The hotel is just meters away from Saint Louis BTS station, placing us near Bangkok’s center of action. It is very accessible from several of the city’s exciting spots (MahaNakhon is just minutes away on foot!), and surrounded by lots of interesting coffee shops, restaurants, and street food stalls in a quiet and clean side street.

Excellent Location: only 200m to BTS Saint Louis by walking. There are two 7-11s right on the corner and some high-rating exotic restaurants nearby. Very convenient. (Btw. Wouldn’t recommend the nearest massage called “Zense massage Sathorn11” even though it’s very cheap.) Good Facility: all work well. The volume of shower head is strong. Although the sound of air conditioner is a little bit loud. The swimming pool is actually very small; probably could finish one way with only three strokes. Excellent staff: they’re all nice and passionate. Communication is smooth.

[not for everyone]: the pillow is too hard and too high for me. Couldn’t sleep well and my neck muscle gets sore the whole week. But they’re fine for my husband. [breakfast]: food variety is limited. But hotel changes main dishes everyday; which is good. I love the yogurt with strawberry jam on top.

Unbelievably comfortable beds. Slept like a log every night. The rooms feel very big and modern, with lots of alcoves and surfaces on which to keep your bags/luggage. Our room on floor 7 also had a decent view. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from the sky train, and surrounded by great restaurants. They have a nice (small) rooftop pool area.

New, modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff and comfy beds. Also, the location is perfect with the BTS 2 minutes away!

Very good hotel, seemed to be recently opened and exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious and modern room. The bed was extremely comfortable (king-size), and the shower was well working and surely big enough ! Location is central (St Louis station), even if not near Bangkok 'historic city center' (Wat Pho, etc...) and connection with BKK airport a bit painful, by public transportation (Skytrain to Phaya Thai, then 2 BTS lines).

Certain staff at reception were not as nice or engaging as the rest, depending on the hours of the day.

The room they gave me is bigger than i expected 😍😍😍😍 Very clean 👌 beg TV 📺 bathroom stuffs everything is perfect 7eleven and King Tower are near. I will book in this hotel every time in Bangkok The wifi. The wifi is fast and didn't stop even 1 second. The wifi here is perfect in this hotel 🏨

The breakfast is very good, they change the dishes each day, then we can taste different food, both Thai and Westen food. It is located in the center, very easy to get to another place and do sightseeing. Around the hotel there are some small restaurant, which are very good.

The size of the room. We booked three rooms with same price. However, one of them is smaller.

I think I had a special price because I reserved at the opening of this new hotel. Beautiful room, very good breakfast. People were very nice. This modern business district has the BTS SkyTrain very close and you get to Sathirn pier and explore Bangkok from the river . Beats taking the subway or the incomprehensible bus system. 7/11 nearby for grocery shopping

Nothing not to like.

This is a new property with an outstanding staff. Food, service, comfort, and cleanliness were all wonderful. The location is a short TukTuk or taxi to major tour meet-ups (River City Bangkok). Walking distance to the best cooking school (Taste of Thai) that I have ever attended. This was a wonderful place to be in a quiet area of a busy city.
