Euro Hotel and Apartments

Excellent location: ideal for a short stay due to its closeness to the airport, and only a 10-minute ride to the Zanzibar ferry. Well-trained staff: all the employees of the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty to respond to my needs despite my having arrived in the middle of the night without any reservation. The hotel manager, Mr Ramesh, was available at all times. Rooms are clean, everything is fully functional. It is located in a somewhat quiet area, but all the shopping precincts are located nearby and easy to access by boda boda or other means of transport. The hotel has a great rooftop restaurant where one can contemplate the beauty of Dar es Salaam and enjoy nice dishes at a very reasonable price. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

For business, the location is superb. We had taken a two-bedroom apartment and everything went really well. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The restaurant is not bad, especially compared to the prices of the dishes. In general, it went very well! Mr Ramesh Pratap Singh, the General Manager is really nice and very available. Alice, Augustina and Joachim as well.

Breakfast not very rich. Please,add a little more fruit. Even if you have to pay more

The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant had really good varieties of meals and had plenty of Indian influence which I like, the location was excellent and saved me plenty of time exploring Ilala by foot because everything was within walking distance and proximity to the ferry port.

Some rooms are better than others by street view, but largely all rooms are good

The staff, the management and the security put in place really good for guests' security. The ladies at the reception are warm. They have also improved on the quality and taste of their food. Mutton biryani tasted better and of course with the open roof top space gives you a beautiful view of Dar es salaam especially at night.

The wifi was good when I was there in 2022 but last week when I went back it was lousy but they promised to work on it.

Receptionist was very professional, he booked me a wake up call and a taxi for the middle of the night and I received both. Rooftop restaurant was nice - don't order lamb though, it was 90% sinew and bones. The place was originally finished to quite a high standard with quality furniture but it seems like it isn't being maintained at that level. E.g.: electronic key system in place but additional locks with physical keys are used. Excellent lighting in the bedroom.

Shower head holder missing, nowhere to put the gel/soap in the shower. Mattress wasn't the most comfortable (I could feel the springs poking me a bit).

The place was very clean and clean. Stuff always smiling not forgetting their amazing breakfast. I will definitely come back again. thank you, Euro hotel, for making my stay in Dar Es Salaam memorable, But i felt so bad as i only saw the fridge on my day of leaving , it was hidden in the cupboard , its best staff must show the guest everythng on arrival.

Very good staff, always there for you. Bring refreshments, find safe and reasonable transportation, make tasty breakfast! The room was quiet as requested, spacious with hot water and an extremely comfortable bed.

The location might seem scary since it’s next to train construction area, but if you don’t walk alone in the deep night, it’s ok. I had no problem moving around and there are a lot of tul tule for transportation.

Recently the property has made some upgrades and changes, which has made it so much better. Compared to all other hotels around it, this one is now becoming the best. My previous stays were good, but this time it was "Fantastic". The rooms are so clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. And also the cleanliness and safety was very good. I like to stay in this property because of the location, so easy from airport and back, but this time my experience with the hotel was also so good. I will recommend this property to all that are looking for well located, comfortable and absolute value-for-money hotel.

Mr. Arnish was very hospitable and easy conversationist, the room was well equipped, and room services were exceptional, hotel restaurant food is 15/10 especially the chicken biryani(thanks Arnish🤣) I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
