super impressed with this accommodation! very central location just a 2-3min walk from the kaoshiung main station, with convenience store and food surrounding the area. room was clean and surprisingly spacious for a solo traveller. Best part was the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the eating area was open 24/7 with drinks, snacks & ice cream! it was unexpectedly hot and humid in Kaoshiung despite end Oct and so the cafeteria was a great place to rest during the midday when I was worn out by being out in the heat. absolute steal in terms of price point for all these perks! would 100% come back to this hotel should I be back in Kaoshiung again

Very happy with our stay over Chinese New Year period. Most of the shops were closed but we did not have to worry as breakfast with a variety of hot Asian dishes and plain porridge/rice were included in our stay. There was also 24 hours supply of hot buns, beverages and pop corn. Convenience store is also just steps away if hungry. We loved the service of Ms Pei Xuen (佩轩). Unlike the rest of the ladies, Ms Pei Xuen is very friendly and always served with a smile. She was apologetic and changed the room for us when I complained that our corner room on the 12th floor was very noisy. The reassigned room was very clean and much more spacious. Housekeeping staff's service was very prompt and friendly when we requested extra pillows and change of towels. Loved the thoughtfulness of the hotel in having 2 washing machines with detergent provided and 2 dryers for guests to use. Our overall stay was very satisfactory and decided to stay again on our return to Kaohsiung before flying home.

Reception staff could be friendlier like Ms Pei Xuan (佩轩）

Very good location, just few hundred meters from main train station. Receptionists are kind, friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Free breakfast (mainly Chinese style) is wonderful. Free snacks and drinks are available 24 hours. It was really worth the money to stay at this hotel. And the city Kaohsiung is absolutely nice city of Taiwan

It would be nice if hotel just consider putting the selves for clothes on the right wall after entering the room. So, guests can put their clothes or something else on it, no waste of space.

Location just a few steps from the train station. Room was small but comfortable. There is place to leave your luggage if you arrive early or need to catch a late train. Free snacks are available just next to the reception (ice creams, hot buns - sweet and savory, coffee, cold drinks, pop corn). There is free self service laundry available (washer and dryer). The place is very affordable. Room was clean and fresh. There are bicycles to rent just in front of the hotel and scooter rentals just one block from the hotel.

The staff at the reception desk hardly speak any English.

Excellent location with walking distance from Kaohsiung train station (which enables transit to a lot of other great places in Kaohsiung) and walking distance to Liouhe night markets. Room was modern and comfortable to stay in. Laundry facilities available complimentary which was a big plus. Friendly staff.

The shower screen does not protect the bathroom from water getting it wet, so bathroom was more wet than I would have liked post shower. Also no lock on bathroom which maybe ok if you’re familiar with your group but still inconvenient. Bathroom also not too soundproof.

Location is strategic as it is near the Kaohsiung Train Station (red line and TRS) and bus stations are just outside of the hotel. Getting to attractions in Kaohsiung is fast as well as catching the trains to the airport and to the northern and central counties. The room I got had the window looking over the parking area and school. There were some noise but not a big deal. Room size is perfect for one person and the rate was favorable. The bed is comfortable, and linen and pillows look and smell clean. There are English channels on TV. Breakfast has great choices and check out at 12nn is favorable when it's your last day in Kaohsuing.

The shower area is narrow. Water pressure is too strong - water gets everywhere and there is a warning in Chinese to point the bidet somewhere before using.

Breakfast was amazing and free, extremely delicious and better than 99% of hotels I've been to. Great variety. They also had small bites to eat and delicious drinks at almost all hours. Room and bathroom were clean and stylish and not cramped. There was even a small mini fridge. Right next to Kaohsiung station which is convenient to get to from the airport and Tainan. Very close and walkable to Liouhe night market

Nothing, it was a perfect stay

The room is small but designed ergonomically. The bed is comfortable, there's a nice ledge that doubled as a desk, fridge, industrial style clothing rack. Clean bathroom with all the supplies we needed. We love that there is ample lighting in both the room and the bathroom. Breakfast buffet selection is okay. On our first day we had to go to a sister hotel due to a gas leak problem, but for the succeeding days, it was fixed and we could dine at the hotel. Love the modern and stylish interiors and furnitures. It's also so nice that the snack bar is open 24/7, there is also a laundry room in the hotel. It's close to the train station and bus stops too. There's a convenience store in the same block, and multiple fast food options just across the street. Staff are nice and welcoming. Check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay again.

Really small window, however it's understandable.

Utilities: free buffet and 24 hrs all-you-can-eat snack bars with popcorn and ice cream! elevator just next to the concierge. Room: little small for 4 but decent bed size for doubles, small bathroom with only an half door so potentially flooding to the dry area. Good design of the body-sized mirror in front of the door and so many plugs for u to use! Others: decent price for great location, the behind of the station and turn right, 5mins walk and u get here. only a 2k TWD worths it. KFC, Yoshinoya(japanese don), burger king and 7-11 nearby, so convenient and car-rental as well.

I like the location, train station walk 5 mins, bus stop in front of the hotel . all day free drinks , buns , popcorn and ice cream . free laundry all day . Very nice breakfast, lots of veggies and fruits and eggs and meat , rice , bread and congee . the lounge area is 24 hours , before I get the room I can charge my phone . the room is very nice , my room has no window but I am ok with that , the bathroom is nice and big . seems the hotel is newly renovated? when I come back to kaoshuing I will choose these hotel again . they even prepare a nice recycle bag , I use it do the laundry and you can bring home too .
