Sorell Hotel Seefeld

The room and bathroom was a really good size. I liked the seating in the room, it was comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. The staff was fairly helpful when we spoke with them or had questions. I liked that we could get tickets for the train at the hotel.

I wish we were closer to the main area, it isn't far and you can take a train or walk it so it wasn't terrible. I also didn't really like someone stopping by and asking more than once if we used anything from the mini bar, I feel like that is something that should be checked either at the end or during cleanings. The last thing that sort of bugged me was having separate blankets on the bed, I wish they had a big enough one to fit the bed.

The location was very convenient and quiet, our room was spacious enough for 3 adults, and it was nicely modernized and very clean.

Breakfast was one of the more limited ones I’ve had in Europe thus far. Considering the extremely high prices in Zurich, I expected it to have a better offering (at least fresh cut fruit would have been nice).

A very comfortable room with a large king sized bed. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly, particularly the reception staff, who were extremely helpful with advice, directions and assistance for trams etc. The included breakfast buffet was very satisfactory with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel is located on a tram line which is extremely extensive in Zurich-great if you don't have a vehicle. It is also a short walk to the lake, the Opera and Old Town areas.

We arrived earlier than the usual check in and was told our room was ready, however it turned out we didn't have bath towels- only smaller hand towels, bath mat etc. Not a big issue however.

Amazing comfortable room. The beds were so comfy with a nice fluffy comforter. I had the room for wheelchairs, and it was super spacious The ac was awesome Every night though, above me it was so loud. Like banging. It wasn’t like people walking. I’m not sure what it was. Both nights and went from 8 pm till well into the mud night maybe longer but I finally fell asleep but it was tough A bit pricey but that is Zurich It was too bad if the overhead noise or I would if said best hotel ever The staff was excellent Breakfast started at 630am and it looked amazing. I only have cappuccino and croissant though but if u like a nice breakfast ( mimosas too) it seemed amazing! Super clean! The walk to the old town was about 30 minutes but a nice walk I personally would stay here again !! I want to thank the girl who checked me in as I was frantic( plane cancel) and she really helped me a lot!! Super staff

Noise above me Price for area

We had a wonderful stay in Zurich to kick off the “Swiss” leg of our trip. We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff in particular Lydia who was just a tremendous delight and helpful beyond words. The included breakfast was perfect to get our morning started and the hotel was located to walking distance of the major sites of the city. If I could change one thing it would be a better A/C system although the room was very quiet and extremely dark for a good night of sleep. I would definitely stay her again.

excellent front office staff. she was very sweet and pleasant . everything was explained to us very well. she gave many suggestions for places to visit . beds were comfy. though the size of the room was small. breakfast staff was also very helpful. she greeted us with a big smile, which actually made our morning more pleasant. when you are on vacation, these small gestures matter a lot. cleaning lady was also very helpful and polite. and above all excellent location. trams and busses were very close, Zurich lake was just 5 mins walk away. we were with our friends , so we had two rooms.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We even had a small balcony. The amenities and toiletries in room were great. Loved the yoga mat and umbrella in room too. Breakfast was great. Staff were welcoming and lovely and we were allowed to check in early.

As seems to be the norm in Europe, the room was a bit warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. AC doesn't work when colder putside. We had to leave windows open during the night and it was quite noisy with the trams on the street. We didn't sleep well both nights.

First I’d like to mention the staff were extremely kind and professional in every area. It provides an enormously good feeling. We loved our bright and spacious room and it was freshly decorated with places to sit but not crowded. The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows and it it was quiet at night. Also our towels were big and nice.

The breakfast was fine - perhaps it could use some daily variety if you’re there a few days. I like to have hair conditioner especially where the water is hard as in Zurich - I also prefer bar soap to a container of liquid soap. The nice thing was a market is practically next door.

Very friendly stuff, very spacious room, and we got toys for the kid he loved it! Our room wasn't so clean (looks like the guests that checked out had a dog) but immediately the girl from reception took care of it! Toilet and bath were very clean. Tram station a few steps from the hotel so I liked the location

The breakfast. The boiling eggs were a mess, someone took mine, it wasn't cooked enough... Additionally the spreads (cheese, guacamole, hummus..) looked very tired

Everything was perfect. The location is great, easily accessible on foot from the train station (25 min) or 10 minutes by tram. The staff is very nice and smiling. We had a sumptuous champagne breakfast with real cappuccino. We booked a Christmas decoration room, when we entered, it was a real wow effect, it was a pleasure to enter, every time. The mulled wine was prepared not only on the first but also on the second day. The bed and bedding were of excellent quality. Thank you for this special experience.
