Hôtel Vanessa

Extensive breakfast options and great coffee. Rooms were really nicely set up - separate changing area (although the light should be on a longer timer), separate loo and bathroom, and a small living area. The ski lift shuttle service was great - saved time in the mornings and was a welcome relief at the end of a hard day of skiing/boarding. The hotel parked our car when we arrived which meant we could ge up on the slopes faster. Great location in the centre of town, close to shops and restaurants and a relatively nice walk (or shuttle bus!) to the lifts

Bedroom was a bit warm, but easily remidied by opening the window a little.

A return to the Vanessa after 12 years, a much needed renovation and upgrade has really improved the rooms and public areas. Efficient, well trained and welcoming staff Supper clean room High quality bed linen with a very comfortable bed Lovely Sunny balcony with a great mountain view. The location is great although close to the centre of the village it is slightly tucked away from the road so nice and quiet. The owners actively run the hotel which is so nice to see, and I’m sure is why the hotel has such a high standard. Good breakfast although didn’t eat in the restaurant at night.

The bathroom was quite tight The bar and lounge area are very quiet and lack atmosphere, hence we went out for drinks and dinner. (This is not a criticism, we just prefer somewhere a little more lively at night)

Fantastic customer service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and modern. I did a cycle event which started at 02.30 and they accommodated us for breakfast, with eggs, pastries, meats, cereals. Ski storage room, which the hotel were happy for us to use for bike storage. Great location to centre of town. Can't say enough good things!

For a lovely, perfectly situated hotel with fantastic staff I felt it was let down by two things. The first was the bathroom/shower room was very small. Secondly the V Brasserie was incredibly expensive with little atmosphere as not many ate there, only ate there once. The evening menu needs re thinking so it appeals to more people then it might get a better attendance creating a good atmosphere.

Location is very central, yet the room is very quiet, with an unbeatable vew to the beautiful village. Staff members are super friendly and happy to assist in anyway . They even have a free shuttle service. Breakfast is very good.

The Wi-Fi was very weak, no connection in the room most of the time. But this was the only drawback.

Hotel Le Vanessa is a delight! Incredibly wonderful, helpful staff at the front desk, dining room, and bar.

If only the lobby and bar had more alpine charm!

First the location. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Verbier. The room was vey spacious and nice, even with a dressing. We also had a little terrasse.

Only the fact that there were no chairs and a little table on the terrasse. No possibility to seat down and enjoy the nice outside surroundings.

This is a very beautiful first class hotel in the centre of Verbier. Lovely comfortable room, nice bar, lovely restaurant with delicious food and very friendly and attentive staff. It's also expensive - but especially in Verbier you get what you pay for!

Warm, friendly staff. Very well renovated rooms. Nice choice at breakfast. Accommodated an early breakfast for those starting the Tour des Stations bike event.
