Studio room was very spacious, had all of the amenities I needed. Bed was comfortable. Had instant coffee & tea provided in the room along with pots and pans, silverware, a small fridge/freezer. Plenty of towels. I didn't spend too much time in the room or in the surrounding area as I had a conference in St. Gallen so it took me about 20 min to get to Olma Messe from the post bus 200 which ran every 30 minutes towards St. Gallen. Just be sure you have a bus coming back from St.Gallen because it stops running at a certain time. It takes about 25 - 30 minutes to get to the main station in St. Gallen from the hotel.

Only the road noise is the only complaint at the location however, when the windows are closed you can barley hear the noise. Some old greased up baking paper was found in the oven. Towels were a bit rough and thin.

we have been to this property many times, it is great to have a little apartment in the hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful

they still do not have a frying pan nor a lityle pan to heat up milk! would be reslly nice if they would provide that too, and decent glasses, the ones provided are horrible to drink from

Huge apartment- including kitchen. Elevator worked well. Lots of sitting space- table and chairs. Friendly staff. Good restaurant.

Smoke rose from the patio below - so we couldn't have the windows open. Parking was not in front and not clearly marked down the street. No staff available when the restaurant isn't open.

The building and interiors are a mix of traditional Swiss/Bavarian (?) architecture with a Mexican flavor, it turn out OK and interesting. The rooms were real spacious and well equipped. However a bit dated. The Mexican restaurant is real nice.

Spacious rooms in a nice building. Really clean with good equipment.

Sometimes it was smelling like someone was smoking in the building. But I think it was only this time.

Apartment was big. In the main room it was available also a bed for a child and a seat for babies.

A sponge for washing the dishes would have been useful to have in the room. It would also be good to have in the kitchen a knife for bread.

Noise from the Restaurant could be heard upstairs in the property, especially when the windows weee opened
