Victoria - Alpine Boutique Hotel & Fine Dining

It is one of the best hotels I stayed during my trip. Of course, I will not forget the owner of the hotel and his wife, who provided us with a service that was above excellent, and gave us daily advice about tourist places and the way to reach them. Of course, the hotel has a restaurant that has been recommended by Michelin. Finally, the location of the hotel is very, very beautiful and close to many beautiful tourist places.highly recommended hotel and restaurant.

Personnel were extremely welcoming and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast and Dinner were much appreciated! Dinner carte aligned with fine dining! Afternoon cake is a great idea to welcome back guests after their daily outing! Superior room cleanliness perfect.

The superior room was too warm for my liking and windows did not open fully for fresh air exchange.

This is a lovely hotel that is run with care—the attention to every detail is evident and appreciated. Calm, elegant interior and a pleasant layout overall. Wonderful restaurant featuring an adventurous range of flavors and cuisines and kind, welcoming staff.

Breakfast service was unexpectedly slow for items that were not self-serve.

Location, room size, cleanliness, staff is great, owner Simon is very helpful, advised on places to visit, very close to guests and their request, Breakfast very good, eating in the hotel is a special treatment, very good taste, nice presentation. Thanks Simon.

Very well kept and -run Hotel providing great comfort and perfect rest in the heart of Meiringen. Despite the central location it is quiet and peaceful and the Terrasse under the chestnut lovely. The food in the restaurant is excellent, fresh, tasty, classy - a nice combination of the best of Swiss and Asian touches. The decoration in the house is pared back but absolutely beautiful with lovely little touches like art, crystals and flowers. The hosts and all the staff were very kind and so welcoming.

We arrived early on bicycles. No problem. Great secure storage in basement and we left our bags in reception. Service was exceptionally friendly. A really well run friendly hotel that delivers on every point. To top it all, a fantastic restaurant offering exceptional dishes and some really great flavour combinations.

very clean hotel, close to downtown, good breakfast. the staff are very helpful and friendly. great parking as well.

although it is Switzerland, it was warm during our stay and AC would have been great. however the windows opened and they gave us a fan which helped immensely!

Breakfast and staff were both great. There was also a parking place right next to the hotel. The views from our room were stunning.

Radiators made such loud noise in the night that I woke up couple times. The hotel was also being renovated the workers started around 7am even though it was weekend. Needless to say I didnt sleep too well.

The lobby is really nice. The hotel is modern and clean and centrally located. We booked this hotel due to the review of the restaurant and we are pleasantly surprise with the food. Very interesting Asia infused flavour which we loved. We were initially a little worry whether there will be sufficient distancing during this COVID time but needless to say, there are sufficient distancing and we felt comfortable staying and dining in the hotel. We would certainly recommend this place and especially the restaurant. Also not forgetting, the staffs are very attentive and friendly another plus point. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

Nothing really but would recommend perhaps having a sanitizer gel before the breakfast Buffett table as a supplement to the disposable plastic gloves.
