La Barca Blu

The staff were very helpful, especially with the bus system. The walk down from the hotel to the lake was entertaining in and of itself. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Don't try walking up the hill from the train station - either find a taxi, figure out the bus schedule, or use the funicular.

The Hotel was better than we expected. I need to note, the hotel is not in the center, (We prefer a quite area) but it is easy accessible with car, bus or trolley. The room was clean and had a small kitchen with the basic equipment. Breakfast was also good, we ate on the breakfast room Balcony, which also had a nice view.

From the 3rd floor of the hotel, I had an amazing panoramic view of the lake and of the surrounding mountains. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very nice and helpful. And they have good wifi too.

The area being a mixture of hotels and private residences, has close to nothing else. There's no supermarket anywhere near and the few bars and restaurants all close a 9pm. This is the downside of the peaceful neighborhood.

Everything was amazing more than expected...the view, the cleaned bed sheets and the entire room 🤍 the smell of fresh clean and spring flowers like when you enter the hotel 🌼 not least the welcoming staff from the reception, I will be back soon I hope to LA BARCA BLUE 💙 thank you and keep up the great work ⭐️

Noisy visitors next to our room, otherwise nothing else :)

We had a spacious and very comfortable room with magnificent view to the lake! All members of staff were very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we felt a little bit weird when we were told that breakfast is brought to each room because of COVID-19 prevention measures. But as soon as we got it next morning, we had the ability to enjoy it having lake view on our balcony as long as we liked. It was a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to visit this hotel in the future!

Can’t find anything bad

Stunning location. Loved getting the funicular. Beautiful views from balcony. Breakfast OK but not brilliant if don't have a sweet tooth. Bed was super comfy.

Nothing in the kitchen. Not even a spoon!

Breakfast on the balcony with amazing views. Friendly staff let me sit in at 7.20am although the opening time was 7.30am.

I wished we would have booked a longer stay !

The lake view is wonderful. Staff very friendly. Location easily accessible by public transport.

No lift, had to carry luggage to the 3rd floor.

I didnt enjoy the traditional cold swiss breakfast

A warm english breakfast would be great as it be appeasing to international guests.

A simple and quiet place away from the city centre, friendly and helpful staff.

There is no elevator available, you need to carry your luggage up and down a few levels.
