Hotel Beausite

The breakfast was good even though the options were the same throughout our stay. The croissant was lovely!! The female staff who worked the breakfast room was excellent and very friendly. Location was okay - close to Interlaken West station though it was an inclined walk. Difficult with large suitcases. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. Water pressure was good. We accidentally forgot quite a sum of money in the room, though in a pouch for almost all day. We came back and found it exactly where it was and money intact even though the room was clearly cleaned and made-up. Kudos to the staff!

We had a great stay in Hotel Beausite. The staff were exceptional. They were so accommodating for our entire stay. The hotel is a very short walk to the centre of Interlaken and there are some excellent restaurants nearby. The receptionists gave us a list of these restaurants that we found were great. The breakfast was lovely and everything was well stocked right up to the end of service at 10am. Our room had the most gorgeous mountain views. As there is no hotel restaurant and bar on site, the hotel was more than happy to provide us with wine glasses and ice bucket etc. so we could sit out on the patio with a bottle of our own wine in the evening which we loved. Overall a great stay.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning in the room which didn't bother us much as we found Interlaken wasn't too warm in the summer. Others might look for this though.

Room location was excellent and had a great view from the room window. Breakfast was very good with a mixed spread. The way the foods were arranged in the breakfast was very nice as we are digging food from a big container rather it was all small consumable portions kept in individual containers. One more point i want to highlight is the facilities - As we went with the kids, in the evening the hotel had games (including Table tennis) which kept us busy and making it feel like our second home.

I felt the beds were bit stiff but nothing to complain considering all other features.

This is our second time staying with them. Initially we were a little worried cause the last time we were here was before covid, and wondered how much they have changed/maintained. We were pleasantly surprise that they still had the same hospitable service and attitude as when we came previously. My family enjoyed their stay with them and they enjoyed the clean rooms and breakfast. The staffs were very helpful in assisting us in making a reservation for dinner at Harder Kulm.

For someone who is a little big and tall, the standard room shower area might be a little squeeze. I'd recommend people who are of larger size to book the deluxe (tier after standard) room if they want to be more comfortable in the bathroom. For some elderly, the walk from the station to the hotel can be quite a distance.

The location of this hotel is perfect - within 7 minute walking from Interlaken West with a bus stop right near the hotel. The top highlight for us was the fabulous inclusive breakfast which was just perfect for someone like us from India. The room size and coziness was also a pleasant surprise. Overall a perfect value for money.

Check-in experience was a let down with the staff flatly refusing any check-in before 4pm (we had arrived by 11am).

The hotel was beautifull and it was centrally located, very short walk to the train station.

It was really hot and the room didn't have AC or fans.

Wonderful room with breathtaking views ! Staff ( Cindy and John ) are very professional and helpful . Spacious room and good quality linen .

An older property so expect creeks of other guests above moving around . Shower was hand held as would not stay in place after numerous attempts. A little difficult to shower . Other issue is the varying levels of temperature, from normal then suddenly cold and suddenly very hot . A pity as the rest of the room was wonderful . Will definitely return .

First of all, i would like to owe big thanks to Beausite team for prompt response and for the way they treat their guests. They are very prompt enough to responding to the queries and providing the enough support especially when you have children along with you. Breakfast was too good with plenty of varieties (We especially loved the chickpeas salad :) ) and Room was cleaned on time. Thanks for the good work and keep up!

There could have little bit of noise protection on the window, as hotel itself closer to main road and during night times, you might hear some noise. Its actually not a big complaint of course and adjustable.

The hotel was well located in Interlaken and and under 10 minutes walk from the train station. John was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Free tea and coffee and cake was offered in the afternoon - nice if you fancy a snack before dinner. Breakfast was pretty good for a 3 star with a fair selection to choose from (unusually served in individual pots, which I rather liked). We booked a superior room which was a very good size.

The bed was a little firm for our liking, but we appreciate it might not be for others.

A charming, family run hotel, very welcoming and lovely little touches like the complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and cake in an inviting lounge area. The hotel is immaculately well kept and the rooms spacious. Breakfast was delightful with a nice selection. efficient service, nice to see the owners around the hotel and fantastic location (5 mins from the train station). would stay again and there appeared to be other guests who have been there previously. missing it already ☺️🇨🇭
