Clean Location, friendly staff and bar is open 24 hrs. for guests. They even provide geneva pass for local travel which works on yellow boats, all buses and local train stations.

I cannot say I didn't like everything but somethings can be ignored provided you would be always on sightseeing most of the days. You need to ask for everything they are not given to you by default example day passes or even what would be breakfast timing and where it is served. They don't provide dental kit so bring yours or you need to buy it from supermarket. They do not provide any late hour dinning or in room dining.

My favorite part of my stay was the STAFF and the location. Unbelievable value for your money, all the major shopping and dining spots are within a minute radius. Special shoutout to Jacky, Killian & Raphaelo. Honestly the staff and hospitality was exceptional and the owner of the hotel welcomed me personally. They went the extra mile to accommodate some requests and other hotels wouldn't bother themself. The atmosphere is hip and cool. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Quiet area, and close to central station, lake, the old city, nice shops and restaurants. Walking everywhere is easy but public transport also super easy, and even public paid parking around the corner. Less than 30min with public transport to airport (either bus or tram-rain). Comfortable isolated room and nice atmosphere in the reception/bar area. They even have guitars guests can play. Very motivated and helpful staff. Excellent varied breakfast.

It is a bit difficult to find at first. Entrance is in a shopping hall featuring a Mc Donald’s (easy reference). You can also find it if you enter through a side door of the shop called Globus. Look for black signs to ‘Ruby’.

The great location, Nice and friendly staff, There is parking close by, and the have 20% discount. I would recommend to friends and visit it again.

No room service, No one to deliver the luggage to the street, if you have a car, you have the park it in the main street and go up to bring your luggage.

The hotel location is great. I liked that we were offered a welcome drink of our choice in exchange for foregoing room cleaning. The vibe of the hotel is really funky, albeit the actual room was problematic.

The room was poorly designed with what appears to be aesthetics over functionality. The TV blocked the walkway access to one side of the bed (mounted at chest height) and the lamp/light switches were difficult to access from the bed. Storage space for luggage was minimal. The sharp corners of the bed resulted in more than one shin bruise. I hope the problem was just in our room!

Great location, really liked the bar with open terrace, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Comfortable with a good atmosphere, nice place to stay. Very likely to stay again, and my colleagues agreed.

More storage in the bedroom - only a closet to hang a few clothes, no drawers except a space above at the top of the closet. Shelf in the Shower/toilet space would be good. And when staying as two in the bedroom, the light from the shower and toilet means the other person has a lot of light in the morning if only one needs to wake up. Couple of bottles of water in the room would be nice too.

Location, location, location. Perfect location for both leisure and business. Step out of the hotel into luxury shops. It is short walk to the lake. Lovely reception area, lounge and terrace. Loved the morning sun on the terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a large luggage storage area. The room is super quiet. It's compact but not cramped. Very comfy bed. You are able to open the outside window shutters from a switch in the room.

I found the duvet/comforter a little short for me who is tall. I laughed at myself on this one... but I truly could not find a place to switch off the lights. There was a switch to dim the lights, but you cannot turn them off. Be aware that for a taxi drop-off, there is no sign for the hotel on the street. You have to walk into the arcade of the building to find the sign to the hotel.

I didn't take breakfast but the location was perfect for us!

I have 1.5 dislikes: 1) The galley lights didn't work and it didn't have enough mugs to make a cup of tea 2) I had tried to book through the website but due to an error on their site, I made a booking via Booking.com. Which is a separate issue for Ruby Claire hotel.

The location was great! A two-minute walk and you're at the Lake Geneve/ Lac Léman! Under ten minutes to get to the train station. Excellent breakfast and the location of the breakfast room is bright, lovely with outdoor seating. The hotel was easy to find and is situated in a complex with other department stores, gelateria, and cafes. Had the fortune of speaking with people from different countries staying at Ruby (New Zealand/ North America/ South East Asia) and so I believe the hotel is very international. Walk outside and you're right in the heart of the financial district. The old town is a few minutes walk away. Compact room with all modern amenities. Quiet space at night, comfortable bed and duvet. The tea room is stocked well with lovely tea varieties.

The sink within the room's confines is a bit off-putting. Not a lot of space for luggage. For a single person, it's manageable but not for 2 people or more.

Location is great. Its like owning your own flat in Geneva. The room comes with AC. Nice and simple decor, also very clean. Staff very friendly. Co-working space next to checkin area. Bar is open 27/7. McDonalds and other cafes are next door (basically same building) and many more close by.

You may face difficulty in finding the entrance, especially if you are carrying large luggage. Check in was quick but its on the upper floor (I think 7th), so you have to carry your luggage with you to checkin and then they guide you to your room which is at the lower floors. I noticed there was a weird noise in the room, maybe motor/generator or heater that starts and stops suddenly which was a bit annoying.
