Everness Hotel & Resort

Plenty of parking in a safe environment. A very pleasant bar with friendly and efficient staff. The dining facilities are good and the food and service are very good. The room was spotless on our arrival and during our stay.

I found the room safe to be very low down in the cupboard and therefore hard to access. It was necessary to take extra care when entering and leaving the bathtub for the shower. It seems higher than most and was slippery, in fact I almost fell so it's a bit dangerous. Either a grab handle or a small step would go a long way to rectify this. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the communal jam jars and the large Le Parfait tube. Individual portions would be much better and make that part of the buffet less "messy". Bacon on the buffet would also be appreciated.

Breakfast - great! Good selection, clean and tidy. The room was basic but with everything needed. It was clean and comfortable. The use of the spa was extra, which I think could have been included in the price as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel too. The pool was nice, small but never too crowded. It is a busy hotel, lots of events/ people working etc which created a nice atmosphere but if you need somewhere quiet to work, perhaps not the best choice. The two receptionists who greeted us, and checked us in were super lovely and smiley!

I did not like the restaurant so much. I found the food bland (burger and pesto linguini ). The cocktails looked delicious however as I saw many others drinking them. One rather rude waitress at the restaurant told us there was no availability and that we had to have booked. We arrived at 5 p.m. and were not aware of this. She told us to get room service. We asked to see the bar menu and instead of giving it to us she hovered over us and rolled her eyes at the customers behind as if to say we were taking to long. We asked another waitress who was so nice and seated us straight away. Bizzare! There were also plenty of tables not dressed and also dressed tables available so we were unsure as to why we were turned away by the first lady.

Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of foods to choose from, delicious croissants and included in the booking price.The Wellness center was amazing and so relaxing and the pool was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff and very pleasant, comfortable hotel in an ideal and beautiful, peaceful location.

The size of the rooms were a bit small, we had a lot of luggage which we had to put in the storage room as they wouldn’t all fit in the room. But the room was impeccably clean and had a nice bathroom.

Amazing view of lake Geneva especially when you have breakfast on the terrace. This is the selling point of the place and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Excellent staff. The gentleman at reception was very kind and let us have one of our two rooms at around 11 when check in is at 4. This allowed us to rest from the journey and make use of the facilities. Has a lot of options for entertainment and activity including bicycles, tennis, pool table, gym, swimming pool. Excellent walks around the area. Local shopping centre is 5 mins by car and 20 by walking.

The rooms are somewhat claustrophobic and very tight. Fridges in the rooms are ridiculously ineffective in cooling anything. The swimming pool is miniature but if it's sunny and hot it makes for a nice refreshing dip.

I have been going to this resort for the last 3 or 4 years. I travel for business around the planet. And I know what a nice hotel/resort should be like. Evenness is an Excellent Resort. Conveniently located 15/20 minutes from Geneva downtown. 10 minutes to the international airport. Hôtel and rooms are very clean. Room size is large enough. You don’t bang your toes or head each time you move around the room. The spa is perfect. Dray and humid sona. There are a couple of jacoozy tabs in the spa’s balcony. Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. Parking is free. Food sucks. Do not in the resort’s restaurant. Drive 15 minutes downtown and you have huge selection of foods. Little pricy but worth every dime. The resort stuff are super nice and very kind including those in the reception and the ones in the restaurant. Evenness is a great place to stay, especially if you need quick and easy access to the airport.

Food in the restaurant. I wish Everness can hire a good chef. Guests no longer have to go to Geneva to eat.

Nice new hotel with big parking and facilities. Cleen rooms with everything you need for your stay. Quiet and good location near Geneve. If you have a car it's very good place to be.

We have breakfast included. It's shoud be more options for meals. Clasic breakfast. Boiled egs, ham, bread, cheese...little fruite and bakery.

Beautiful setting, and view from our room, (lake and mountain view) staff superb friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet enough to suit all needs, room warm and cosy slept like babies.

The pool is under construction but it didn't spoil anything, we just can't wait to revisit when it's finished as it going to be fantastic.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing. the pool is small but great for cooling down after a long day sightseeing. The A/C was a luxury I can't live without anymore - and the room cooled perfectly. The mini fridge kept our choc and pop nice and cold - some fridges merely 'cool' to below ambient room temperature too. The staff are so welcoming and deserve a mention too.

Lovely spa, beautiful location, nice breakfast with delicious pastries. Very easy to get into town and free shuttle to/from airport is ideal. Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Already recommended to a friend.

Shame the outdoor pool was being refurbished, we will have to return in spring!
