Adler Adelboden

The views from the hotel were absolutely amazing even when it was raining. Good food and service. Parking is nearby even if it is public parking. Bus tickets included. Bergbahnen tickets included. Our room was clean and had amazing views. A lot of things to do. A lot of hikes and trotibike trails. Situated in the center of the village, there is always something going on.

Very attentive staff in the hotel, everyone from reception to restaurant and spa (we received a welcome drink, served in the restaurant area, and our dog also got a welcome pack with blanket and dog snacks in it). Super location, nicely decorated room, great restaurant (delicious food, and spacious with a superb view). The spa area was also a great place to spend a lot of time in with its view and different pools (indoor&outdoor), sauna, whirlpools and a very kind masseuse also. There are also some outdoor tennis courts right next to the hotel. Overall a great experience.

Some meal option during one of the afternoons would have been great to have after a short hike, as every restaurants & shops around just closed before we could have a late/any lunch. Was however likely because of the Easter schedule.

Wonderful choice this hotel.love it so much .the view is amazing and the room is clear the bed is comfortable. The reception is professional give us check in every informations,there also have swimming pool the water is warm it’s a good choice to swim here and enjoy the snow mountain. We hope we have more time spend here .it’s deserve have vacation here.I will come again with my friends.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, incredible food! Travelled with two dogs; the dog blankets and dog treats in the room were a really nice touch. The hotel exceeded every expectation I may have had - the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was marvellous, the hotel is incredibly well located, and everything about the restaurant (the breakfast, the service, the amazing dinners!) was incredible. If you're looking for a place to stay in Adelboden, look no further - I will be back!

The hotel is located in town within walking distance of shops and restaurants. If your room is located at the rear, the views are simply breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

We have nothing bad to say about the hotel, the town or Switzerland. The only thing which we found a little irritating was the fact that many people smoke in Switzerland and since they have to do it outside, you smell the smoke wafting into the open windows. Not the hotel's fault, of course.

Really enjoyed our stay, it was great in pretty much all aspects.

The breakfast buffet could have been slightly more varied over the course of several days. Some sausage would have been nice on top of the bacon, but that's just nit-picking, still a 10/10 hotel.

The bedrooms have been refurbished since we stayed here four years ago. We enjoyed a lovely six days here, with excellent food and a fine buffet breakfast.

I'm giving the high mark because the staff really goes above and beyond. Everyone is extremely welcoming - including owners, reception staff and waiters. Complimentary wine at check in is a nice touch. Afternoon coffee + snack are a great idea during covid since you don't have any other open places in town. The spa has an outdoor pool overlooking the mountains. It truly is the highlight of the spa/hotel.

The room we chose was too small for us. I would get the bigger one next time (was not available now). The furniture in the room is not my favorite, but that might just come down to personal preference. Food for New Year's Eve dinner was only okay. The spa is relatively small. Seating in relaxation area is not always available and there was a queue for the sauna.

The location was exceptional when using public transportation. The staff was very helpful, the facility was clean and modern and the breakfast was amazing with the best view ever. The view from the pool was magical.

Visiting end of May, at night the room got a bit cold due to heating not working.
