Very nice front of house, bar, and restaurant staff. 10/10 customer service. Buffet delicious with many food options. Pool and bar area very nice.

Rooms quite small and not very comfortable to relax in (no sofa or armchair). Bathroom slightly dirty, shower not deep cleaned. Also wasn’t provided with shampoo/conditioner, only body lotion and bar soap.

very gentle and smiley staff , nice view from the pool , the mall was on the first 8 floors and that makes the shopping very easy . the breakfast has sri lankan and more asian tastes , clean and safe. very important for me , free car parking with security . recommended

maybe a better food taste rotation , the location was good but not the best in Colombo (the best for me is by the sea , near to one gale face ) . the fruits variety is limited . they use local spirits for bthe cocktails but if you tell the barman what do you want exactly they do

A very modern and aesthetically pleasing hotel with extremely professional staff from the concierge to the restaurant staff. The room itself was modern, minimalistic providing excellent comfort. The hotel is very secure with guests being scanned at the entrance with entry only being limited to guests and visitors under request. We found it convenient to have Colombo City Centre mall attached to hotel which meant easier access to shops, however this did also mean that the hotel area could get quite busy. The hotel boasted a multi-cuisine breakfast buffet catering to a wide range of palettes. The premises and facilities were always exceptionally clean. House keeping were also prompt to tend to requests. The infinity pool is definitely one to enjoy with a beautiful view of the city.

There were very few and minor things that needed some attention to be honest, nothing that we really disliked. The pool had no life guard or attendant there. The poolside umbrellas, being massive, were difficult to unravel without assistance and a special key. The bathroom tended to flood a lot if the rainfall shower was left running for too long. The room lacked cupboard space entirely, which meant that we had to leave everything in our suitcases and rummage through when needed.

I stayed for 2 night in February 2024. Fabulous property. Way exceeded my expectation for a courtyard property. Being a stickler for cleanliness they ticked all the boxes and how! Except for a small issue with waiting for a coconut water for 30 mins in the restaurant, everything was perfect. They soon made up for that when I went back for dinner and service was exceptional from there on. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, fuss free and yet a classy establishment.

We liked our stay, the view was beautiful, comfortable rooms, beds. Nice pool. Breakfast was great Room service staff was nice and professional

Reception staff was somehow not interested (cold), no info concerning hotel, facilities.. during check in and, during check out we did not get breakfast take away and we did ask (it was very early flight ) One last thing extra costs after reservation is really anoying and there are 5 of them. Maybe put all in one price and that is the price then all ok.

Fantastic breakfast with a great selection of western, Sri Lankan and other cuisine, appropriate for all palates. Lovely staff. Facilities in and around the hotel were great too. Good co-working space in the "ground" floor. Gym was good, though dumbbells max out at 25kg and bar at 95kg worth of plates, gym attendant was extremely friendly. Wifi was very good too so you are very able to work remote there.

Location is good.A shopping mall is in the premises. My room was on the top floor and had got a good view of Colombo city.

The reception staff need more training. I paid the whole amount upfront. He said I paid 1 day less. He called his supervisor and convinced his staff that I already paid the full amount.Some cleaning staff bit arrogant.The limousine service was very expensive and useless.

Great location and access to city centre mall. The podium area with the pool and views were perfect to chill & enjoy the beautiful cityscape. The lobby is on level 9 and the access is by lift. Good security at the entrance as well. The hotel gave us connecting rooms as we were a group of 4 it was perfect for our one nights halt in Colombo before flying back. The room was functional and well appointed.

Clean hotel, the staff very nice and very attentive and polite and kind There is a lady at the reception was really amazing, I wanna tell her thank you for your hospitality and your service The lady was very professional and she knows what she’s doing at the reception (I forgot her name I am sorry) The hotel very close to the city and easy access to the Mall The GYM open for 24/7

Located in City centre across the road from Gangaramaya Temple (Largest Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka). Staff very friendly, awesome roof top pool and restaurant overlooking the city. Great view for sunsets. Very new slick fixtures throughout the hotel

The restaurant staff seemed a bit inexperienced, given this should be 5 star service. I had to walk up to the bar numerous times to order drinks as we were struggling to get the attention of waiting staff. But all in all this was a great hotel
