The manager was great, super helpful - he tried calling the vet and directed me to a mechanic for my car. Most of the staff were very friendly. The second room they gave me was nice and had a balcony. Wifi was strong. It had good AC. Convenient to be above a restaurant/bar. Very good value.
The first room they gave me smelt very badly of sewerage. It also had no wifi. One waitress was quite rude to me at the beginning - made me feel unwelcome. I stayed for one week and my bed sheets weren't changed at all - It didn't feel nice to sleep after 4 days as they were dirty. I got stared at a lot by people in the town when walking in the streets. I think if you are a tourist/non-Spanish it's best to only stay a short time, a week was too long, they must not get many international tourists in Yepes. I spent time in another town where I didn't feel so out of place.

Have stayed before so knew the standard to expect. Great bar/restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location just south of Madrid and very good access to motorway. Recommended if a basic one night is all you require.
Rooms are basic with old fittings/shower etc but OK for an overnight at this price.
