the restaurant was closed to clients except for a group . They could easily have catered for us as well. That was disappointing as no decent restaurants nearby. Bar snacks only!

The hotel is located close to the A62 motorway and is easy to find. It is modern and clean with professional and polite staff. The room seemed well soundproofed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle. There was a good choice on the breakfast buffet and in addition we were offered an omelette cooked to order or eggs and bacon. There is an underground secure carpark with ample wide spaces and easy entry and exit. Whilst there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel for an evening meal there are bars and restaurants close by. Overall, an excellent hotel for an overnight stay when travelling down through Spain.

I am struggling to think of anything other than the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal.

staff on reception very polite and helpful and in particular the man that has lived in Bristol, his customer service skills are excellent thank you! All staff we saw around from cleaners to waiters we all very friendly! The room was very clean. Location was very good for us, the pool is beautiful, shame the weather wasn’t too warm for us to enjoy it.

My only moan would be that it was 30 euros for 2 adults and 1 baby to use the indoor pool, we didn’t use it because we couldn’t really afford to.

Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds and good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any of our neighbours or cars from the road. The view was nice of the roundabout with the cars going around, quite mesmerising. There is a big shopping mall across the road with a supermarket and restaurants if you need a quick fix. We also liked the recycling initiatives in the room.

One of the two electric car chargers was not working and also the spot next to the wall is too tight for the driver to park and get out of the car.

I mistakenly booked the Vincci on the outskirts of town. I had originally wanted to be right in the centre of the city. But it was actually the perfect location with easy access to parking and a swimming pool, which was very welcome in the very, very hot summer temperatures. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was only around 8 euros into town, which was perfect for us as we were only staying one night. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by if you were staying for a few nights and wanted to stay more local. Great hotel, great location and Valladolid was a wonderful city. We loved it here.

Overall the hotel was very good and close to bars, restaurants and a shopping centre. We stayed in room 603 for one night. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was enormous and very comfy.

The room needed just a little TLC (flooring, bathroom lights, dressing table). Wifi was intermittant.

We couldn't have asked for more! I took the night at Vincci Valladolid after having a surgery, and it was a great choice, everything was clean, modern, new and the room was beautifully quite! Had the best sleep there in weeks. If we're ever in Valladolid again we won't even look for hotels, we'll book there right away.

One tiny detail I would add not as a complaint but as a suggestion for improvement, they had no glass mugs/cups only paper and the mini bar didn't have prices, some customers would think it's for free since prices are not stated. But wonderful hotel, perfect stay! Muchísimas gracias!

Very nice hotel. Family friendly and in nice lively area of Valladolid. Both room were superb. Nice baby cot was provided. Ideal for stopover.

Parking was bit difficult in the surrounding area. As we had a roof box we couldn't use the covered parking. But worked out ok as we were able to eventually find a parking spot close to the hotel. Restaurant closed which was bit of an obstacle but understandable due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Staff were very kind and welcoming, food at the restaurant is really delicious, the room was clean and confortable

This is a friendly comfortable hotel 2 1/2 hours from Santander. Excellent stop going in either direction. Really secure parking. Lovely staff. The restaurant food is simple but good. Excellent breakfast buffet too. We have already booked our next stay.
