Voghe Premium Flats

My 1 bed apartment with terrace, although a bit pricey, was really lovely. I slept like a baby in the super comfortable bed. The location was perfect - accessible for everything but on a quiet pedestrian street. Lavanderia across the road was very handy. Dialprix supermarket almost next door was good quality and very handy.

On arrival I felt a little disappointed with the standard studio apartment I'd booked. Some of the photos on Booking.com suggested a more light and airy feeling apartment, whereas the apartment I checked into was a bit gloomy, with limited outlook. I was staying for 8 nights and didn't want to feel disappointed so threw some money at it and moved to a superior 1 bedroom apartment with terrace, which was lovely. I appreciate the use of technology for checkin etc but the absence of any staff to deal with other than on WhatsApp feels a little impersonal. Also, when there was a mixup over late checkout I found myself locked outside the building with my suitcase inside, with only a short time to catch a train. All worked out OK but it was a bit alarming!

+ great location just in the centre + super comfy bed pillow sand blankets + 4 sets of plates/cutlery/cups/glasses available + water boiler and Nespresso machine; frying pan; 3 pots and chopping board and big knife available + TV with basic programs

- no contact with hosts- check in purely through WhatsApp where you need to send your ID pictures (not completely safe!) - if you didn't pay through booking.com they will send you a link to a random website to pay for your stay (not really safe? ) - at least for my room- just in front of my door there was a massive ventilator making insane amount of noise for the whole night- if you are sound sensitive at night- take ear plugs - very dark rooms- pics were very misleading - water pressure (despite being on 1st floor) was so low it was difficult to wash hair :)

It was in a really good location almost everything was reachable via walking around. The staff were responsive. The flats looks fine. Overall it is a good place.

Yeah, there was renovation next to us. They started it sharply every weekdays at 8:00 am in the morning. It was not too nice to wake up in each morning because of the noise. If we known that renovation is on going in the next building we would have chosen other place. Still would recommend it if the renovation is done.

- The were not any instructions how to use cooktop. Usually it is simple but it wasn’t in that case. might be it was broken. - The only pan was scratched, so it isn’t safe to use. - The floors were not cleaned well. - Very uncomfortable sofa, it looks great but in practice it feels like uncomfortable folding cot.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. A door code was provided to access the building, and another for the room. There is a lockable luggage storage if arriving early. Brilliant location very close to the main bars and restaurants.

The view was a little disappointing, but we didn't spend much time in the room so this wasn't an issue. The walls are also very thin so when the cleaners started cleaning other apartments the following morning it was very loud and disturbing.

Location: near of train station, metro, bus & very central to all the place you will want to see… Interiors: design with a neutral colours palette, calm, minimal Facilities: you will have mostly everything: coffee machine, very cold fridge, kitchen. Bed & sofa bed is confortable. AC working every well.

Bathroom need more hooks near shower, or back of the door In the shower: need to have something to put accessories(like I have to put shampoo in the floor)

Communication excellent considering no face to face encounter with staff,all via WhatsApp. Requested a taxi pick up at airport and this too was perfect. No problems. Apartment was exactly as described on booking.com.Great location too.

If I had to say there was something I didn't like it was that there are tall buildings all around front and back and therefore doesn't get the sunlight very well if anything a little dark but we did not spend much time in the apartment during the day so wasn't a big issue

That is was very central and secure and in a lovely area.

Just lacked a couple of things. There was no long mirror in room which is a must and there were penty of places it could be placed. Also coffee and Tea maybe could be provided.There was one sugar and one milk carton in a dish so not sure what that was about ? Also in the bathroom no shelve to put your shampoo or shower gel on while you were in shower!

Perfect central location 5-minute walk to the city centre. Very nice and clean flat with modern furniture, great bathroom, big and soft towels... everything amazing.

Nothing to complain about.

So close to the city center but not in a noisy area. Spacious room and bathroom. Supermarket and good breakfast places around.

It might be the first time that I see an apartment/hotel does not provide "soap" in the bathroom. I asked them but they only provide shower gel and shampoo, for me this was super weird. We bought our own soap from the nearby supermarket.
