Great value for money , a good location within walking distance to beautiful architecture.

The hotel was brilliant, but, if I have one tiny complaint. The air con was centrally controlled, so it was either on or off, with no way of raising or lowering the temperature.

Our visit was short but excellent. The property is very modern with stylish traditional touches. Very comfortable and very central. Situated walking distance everywhere and right next to a public car park made our visit very enjoyable. We will be back!

The decor and service and location

Location, staff and room were all excellent.

This is not a dislike, just a suggestion. We love the pool, perfectly cool on a hot summer's day, but a few more pieces of pool furniture (Beds, chairs, tables) would offer more people, more places to relax.

I like the hotel as whole

I didn't like that no trolley man to help also I send a message that I couldn't reach the hotel because no available taxi but you didn't reply

Really lovely place, with a complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon. The pool would be lovely in the summer. We got an exceptional price in low season mid week. Truly splendid.

Hotel is nice, clean and close to the city center. Staff is very nice and supportive. All places in Ubeda can be easily reached on foot. Access by car and parking is a bit tricky first because of narrow one-way streets where navigation gets confused. But once you learn where the parking places are and how to get there, it is OK.

Breakfast is still the same and not very impressive - not very good coffee, no hot food, only one type of cheese.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room with sitting area, friendly staff, walkable to many restaurants. I accidentally left my refrigerated medication in our room when we left. The front desk called me within 10 minutes of our departure to let me know. I am so grateful for this.

Very comfy bed

The motor of the mini fridge is our room was incredibly noisy, going on and off all night. When I reported it in the morning the receptionist already knew about it and apologised. Next time we come to stay we will ask in advance if the fridges have been sorted out or we will look for a new venue.

Very good facilities and great breakfast

No parking. Both free car parks full and had to pay 14 euros for overnight parking .

Very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean and rationally equipped bathroom. Friendly staff and excellent location. Two free of charge parking lots nearby and one for charge. Some streets are very narrow, just to be aware
