Hotel Terraverda

The breakfast buffet is complete and has a decent selection of cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruits, yoghurts etc. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very dog friendly and they even have dog beds, bowls etc. in the rooms upon request. The food menu at the restaurant is simple but executed very well. All the dishes we had were very tasty. The golf course and academy are incredible! Make sure to book a lesson with Jordi, you will not regret it. Tip: get a room with view over the golf course and pool. Waking up to that view is really worth the investment!

Though the rooms and communal spaces have been renovated very nicely, the bathrooms have not, and it shows. They are a little old-fashioned and underwhelming. The wifi in the rooms is really slow and unstable, and the 4/5G connection is not so strong, so connection to the internet is challenging.

It’s a very tranquil location. The room is a good size with a nice terrace.

The pool is freezing!! The gym doesn’t have good air circulation. It could use a fan. They should tell you how to get the shower to work when you check in. The restaurant at the golf club is mediocre and doesn’t serve anything but beverages between lunch and dinner at 8pm. We wanted food at 6pm.

The hotel has amazing views over the golf courses. There is plenty of opportunities to go for a walk around the hotel, and the hotel is pet friendly in case you want to bring your pooch. They even had a dog bed installed for us, which was a great gesture! The balcony is nice to chill day and night. The employees at the bar were very friendly.

The table on the balcony is made of tempered glass that apparently (by mistake) wasn't fixed to the base, and fell over. Luckily it didn't break, but the glass on it did. I went down to ask for cleaning tools, and the reception guy wasn't able to provide me with a broom "because the cleaning stuff is closed". He said he would send maintenance - never came. We went to sleep, and next morning we had to ask TWICE again to get the shattered glass on our balcony cleaned up... I can't understand how a hotel of this level does not have a broom available, what if we would have broken the glass in the room? Or in any public space of the hotel?

Good design, cozy environment and very nice local details in the hotel, great friendly staff, great views, working fireplaces indoors!

1. SPA is on maintenance now unfortunately. It was not mentioned anywhere. 2. Very typical practice for all Spain: we got king-size double bed but it was with two separate mattresses. With my husband we had to sleep using one side of the bed only because it was painful to sleep in the middle, between two edges of mattresses. Whole country should review its approach to conjugal bed)

from the room was very good & nice view, breakfast was normal, not different of another's hotel.

have dinner at the hotel, they take too long until you order, the food come not good & the services is also not good, two waiters for teen tables, try two times & the experience was the same. They do not know the attractions that are near the place and the map that they give you is missing parts, for example restaurants, shopping businesses, etc.

amazing hotel! the location and view from the balcony is exceptional, it is like fairytail or kinder ad. big green and natural territory, hotel is located on the golf field so you can also enjoy play. the pool is not big but very nicely done in good synchrony with nature, and not many people there. the rooms are very clean with 5 star amenities (always nice when they include toothbrush and toothpaste), crazy huge and comfy bed and also I appreciated total blackout at night, like no buttons light or else, fully black and perfect sleep is guaranteed (cos even best 5 star not always follow this). the stuff is as also very friendly. overall considering the price, it is one of the best value for money I have experienced. totally recommend!

only thing slightly needs improvement in my opinion is breakfast it is good but very limited options for the price paid

Amazing views over the golf course and a very ample room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Great value for money (we went in Winter and got a good discount and free room upgrade). The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom wasn't great, it was the only thing we didn't like of our room. Also, the hotel bar wasn't open in the evenings and the restaurant was packed every night. I think it was because of the season (winter), I presume it's fully open during the summer.

big rooms, amazing views, fresh air. I don’t play golf but it’s a great location to explore the neighbouring towns and villages. very dog friendly. surprisingly good food at on site restaurant also.

I didn’t know there was such a thing as golf hooligans. I was kept awake one evening by shouting and arguing and things being thrown around. somebody in a neighbouring room also peered over their balcony and into my room. not the hotels fault of course, not great to have a peeping Tom next door tho!

It’s a nice and calm place

The bar inside the hotel wasn’t working. If you want coffee not mentioning some cocktails you need to go to another building, restaurant, or food court which works till 8pm. The breakfast could be better, we had the same options all days. The stuff was nice but we had issues talking in English as they speak Catalan.
