Hotel room, bed were comfortable, staff were very friendly. It was a really good location for us. Food was a little hit and miss but the warm prawn and scallop salad was good. Good coffee. Close to a Mercado supermarket. Free parking

Internet was probably the worst thing, we found the bathroom had a signal that we could work with. If you need to do video conferencing, this is probably not the hotel for you. I appreciate it wasn't peak season but we went up to the Pink Cafe a couple of times and on both occasions, it was closed.

The roof pool was beautiful, well kept and the rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly and me and my daughter had a lovely massage.

My only complaint was the cleaners didn't come in on Sunday. We were in the room on the Saturday so I told them to leave it and I left the clean the room sign when we left on Sunday with the cleaners outside next door and they didnt clean or empty the bins, so come Monday morning when we left there was quite a bit of rubbish in the room. Apart from that it was spot on.

This was our 6th time staying at the Dna Monse, and as usual it was excellent, with the rooftop pool the big selling point. The staff were great, especially the wonderful staff in the bar by reception. Breakfast is buffet and usually well stocked. Nice feature this time is them having a few proper mugs for tea and little pots (you need to ask at the bar before going into the breakfast area). Yes it is a bit out, but you can get a local bus into the centre, and back. There will definitely be a 7th visit !

The one area for improvement is easier access to the street parking. Pre-covid, you could access the street level parking in front of the hotel via the lifts and through the Sports Bar, but this was replaced by a Gambling room, and children are not allowed to enter. The alternatives are to exit at Reception and walk down the hill from the main exit, or walk through the bar, out to the end of the terrace to another lift, when the bar is open. It must be tougher for elderly people coming back up.

The property was in an ideal location for our purpose which was to relocate our belongings to a property close by in Villamartin. The hotel provided a great base with easy access to main roads and ideal accommodation for our daily return. The pool was first class and provided great respite at the end of busy days. A highlight was the rooftop Japanese restaurant which was a jewel in the hotels crown.

Although the actual food in the hotels main restaurant was good the menu choices were disappointing. Mainly made up of a selection of pizzas burgers and sandwiches were less than we expected on a 4 star a la carte menu.

Comfortable location to access roads, but slightly away from the city . Nice pool. Nice restaurants . Room is descent , and clean. No hassle overall. Good to have free parking - it was safe also.

You have to go through restaurant to access the pool . Hotel refused to give us one hour late checkout , claiming they are full. This was not true as hotel was not full, and I specifically checked on website that they had rooms available on that day , so they could have given us 1 hour , but they were non negotiable and not friendly on this . Also , hotel is located close to main road but downside of it that you can’t just walk out to the city from hotel . Practical location overall.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and managed well. The staff were helpful and the little extras left in our room/dinner table for our wedding anniversary were sweet, thank you. The roof top pool and bar are fabulous with views over the salt lakes and the spa pool was also great as was the relaxing full body massage (optional extra payment) breakfast was plentiful and laid out really well.

As a 4* hotel I would expect some form of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even if it's hired from reception. Nor any complimentary water in the room. Also one member of staff at pool bar, he insisted I never had credit on my tab, when I ordered drinks and I had to leave them as I had no cash/card on me to pay. I left them feeling humiliated to sort this myself at reception! Not a good service, when resolved he took the drinks from the fridge that he'd already poured earlier. Charged us, they should have been given to us for free!

Hotel very modern with many facilities, beautiful and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The Cucharon restaurant was excellent with lovely and varied foods. Staff very helpful and nice to talk.

As location is far from beaches and Alicante airport, we find very difficult to get taxis. The hotel staff contacted several times taxis available but the time we waiting for them was too long despite we reserved them with hours in anticipation. It is needed more staff in the swimming pool, not lifeguard available and security. We saw many little children running around the edge of the pool and jumping of the shallow of the pool. Also some adults were drinking cocktails in the swimming pool. All very dangerous!

Very clean hotel room. Comfortable beds, nice bathtub. Nice view outside, day or night. Easy to reach. Quiet, no loud parties outside. The people at the reception are helpful. The restaurant food is tasty, great steaks! We haven't used the many facilities that the hotel has to offer, so can't comment on those.

WiFi a bit too flaky, impossible to use for remote work, even occasionally - 5 GHz band slightly better than 2.4. Not enough parking space outside, we had to use the €6 extra/night underground parking space on some nights - thankfully that one has plenty of space most of the time. Walls are not very soundproof, so sleeping might be difficult if people next room like having loud conversations. The location was very convenient for us in particular, but might not be everyone's cup of tea. It's in a quiet residential type area at the edge of Torrevieja, with all pros and cons of that.

Promoted as a golf resort. This is total fabrication. They only go online and book a course that is free. Absolute fortune. But we waited on a taxi for 2 hrs too take us back to hotel. Game for 3 people over 500 euros. Game of golf buggies, balls, tees gloves range balls, taxis and 3 beers. Ruined the whole experience

The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms were good and cleaned daily. The roof top pool is lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't book any meals, but on day 1 we had breakfast which I was say was average and expensive for what was on offer. The only other negative was the lack of rooftop sunbeds. There were only 5 and they were almost always in use by other people.
