Loved everything about it .. location , style of hotel .. the ambience and decor were first class And the staff were so attentive especially a mention for Matthew who went above and beyond himself to look after our party hand and foot ! Great break will be back !

stunning boutique hotel - loads of character (but tastefully modernised), lovely size, amazing breakfast! and the staff, especially Matthew, were brilliant at their job and seemed to love it. We were in a Superior Double room and both the room and bathroom were out of this world stunning with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Amazing high ceiling, 4 poster bed (SO comfortable- i didn’t want to leave). Sheets and towels spotless and really soft. The reviews are clearly outstanding but this hotel deserves them - no reviews or photos do it justice. We can’t wait to return.

a tiny bit of noise from other rooms but this didn’t bother us and you have to expect some of that in an older building. It wasn’t loud enough to make our conversation.

a beautiful elegant boutique hotel set in the centre of the old town. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed juice and a healthy selection. the manager, Matt was friendly and the pool area was a delight to sit around. parking can be tricky however we found 2 options one across the road from the hotel and another a 5 min walk away. Soller is beautiful and market day on Saturday was great with stalls showcasing local produce. A definite must to go by the vintage train to Palma, the surrounding countryside was awesome.

We loved this place only problem we encountered was the Wifi which only worked the first day and after that could not get again which was a little frustrating.

Excellent breakfast ,nicely presented by both Karen and Sarah.Loved the bathroom in Room 2, we have travelled extensively and this was our favourite to date. The mattress was also very comfortable and the shutters ensured a good nights sleep.

The noise from the nursery next door from very early morning to early afternoon was more than annoying.Saturday and Sunday were perfect

my wife and I stayed here with our family as the base for our wedding party whilst getting married in Mallorca. The big suites are incredible for this, they are really big and nicely decorated rooms perfect for getting ready. The staff were incredibly helpful, probably the best of anywhere we have stayed, even when compared to large luxury resorts like cap Rocat or six senses. Unexpected things come up during wedding preparation and they were able to meet our every need. We couldn't have asked for a better setup.

my only regret is that we didn't book out the entire hotel (as some couples do), which effectively means your wedding party gets to use all the communal facilities totally unencumbered.

This hotel is exceptional, the building is absolutely beautiful. It has amazing high ornate ceilings, incredible decor and lighting. It is situated in the lovely town of Soller which is surrounded by mountains, yet it is only a couple of miles from Port de Soller on the coast. All the staff are absolutely charming and efficient, the feeling here is almost a private house party with great hosts. Breakfast is delicious and the presentation and quality is first class.

Nothing, everything from the moment we arrived until we left 10 days later was perfect!

We loved our stay at L'Avenida. - the location is perfect, beautiful street, 2 minute walk from the centre and tram - the hotel is nicely designed, the room was comfortable and well equipped, the bed was massive and we loved the shower - the staff go above and beyond at every opportunity, genuinely friendly and helpful, so welcoming - the breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it - the pool and sunbeds are super inviting and relaxing after a day out (or for a lazy day in) - we stayed in a poolside room and it was nice having a private table reserved for us outside the room for brekkie

- our room (one of the poolside rooms) has quite a low ceiling and in the mornings you could hear footsteps from the room above, it didn't bother us massively but worth knowing if you intend to sleep late

Property was perfectly located, close to centre (5 min walk)but was not noisy. Beautiful building. We stayed in a garden room which opened directly onto pool area, we had private table for breakfast there too. Food excellent, British and other nationalities perfectly catered for in regards to food choices. Bedrooms: beds huge and very comfy, great shower, air conditioning can be used anytime and room temp was great. All staff extremely helpful.

Everything. I cannot fault this beautiful little hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The decor and feel to the hotel is romantic and yet modern. The smorgasbord breakfast was a treat everyday. They should be very proud of what they have achieved here, because I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, although I'd also like to keep this great find to myself as we loved it so much. The Hotel is a really lovely place to orient yourself in Sóller and the surrounding villages as the local buses and the tram make them easily accessible

We loved staying at L’Avenida, it was just fabulous! Matthew - the manager - could not do enough for us, he was excellent! We were staying there for my niece’s wedding and it was just the most perfect place to stay. The bride stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and it was just wonderful to be there and part of the before wedding organising. We would stay at the hotel in the future.
