Welldone Sierpes Boutique

Don't let the name fool you: Welldone Sierpes Boutique is more an apartment hotel than a boutique hotel, but it still fits the bill if you just want a well-located place to stay (and do not need the boutique frills). The location was in the centre of Seville's tourist areas, which was both a good (walking distance to most sights) and bad thing (loud at night). Choose your room wisely, or wear earplugs.

The hotel depends too much on technology (e.g. keypad replaces keys, electronic check-in) which can be problematic for travellers less plugged in during their vacation or may not be using their own SIM cards. In our case, we didn't have a local SIM for Spain, so we had to switch to our home SIM (and pay roaming charges) to access the hotel!

The location was very close to everything you would want to see as a tourist. The cleanliness of the room and the room size were spot on. The staff were amazing, I can’t praise them enough (shout out to Javier)! And as a lone traveler I felt safe in the area and in the room. Also only a few steps from a convenience store.

The hotel could not control this, but the garbage collection every morning between 2 and 4 am was very disruptive to sleep (bring earplugs). Although it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room there was no kitchen roll provided for spills, etc. (well, not that I could find).

We greatly enjoyed the friendly communication with the staff (especially Asley) and the accommodations in the room. The staff were very pleasant and prompt with any requests we had, and the room was always clean and tidy. It was easy to use the air conditioner on hot days.

The trash collecting cars and street cleaning cars were passing by each night, and the noise would often wake us up. However, we understand the servicing needs completely.

We pretty much enjoyed our stay at the Welldone sierpes boutique, the location is excellent,at the centre of the city ,in a walking distance from all attractions and the rooms comfortable and clean. As a family of four , we booked 2 rooms,one for the parents ,one for the siblings , realising once we checked in ,that there is no bathroom door in the latter room ,which became an issue. Quickly after addressing the problem, a gentleman , member of the reception team kindly offered to swap the room for a new one the next available day, which was highly appreciated.

Impressive hotel located in one of the most exclusive streets in Seville's city center, Calle Sierpes, where you can find lots of shops selling traditional Spanish clothing items and more. You are at walking distance from everything you need. We decided to get one of the best rooms they have and we have thoroughly enjoyed it: excellent shower and bath-tub, huge bed, excellent AC and quiet at night. Really impressive! There were some very minor maintenance issues that were not fixed during our stay but nothing groundbreaking. Recommended!

Excellent excellent location. You are in the heart of Seville and it is right by a busy shopping district, however, property is tucked in therefore it is quiet and peaceful! For the price, you are getting an updated and modern, stylish room with a gorgeous bathroom! We had the room with a kitchenette and it was so convenient. Staff was very friendly and super easy to connect to after hours (we came in late night and they were able to check us in easily). Safe area and overall, 10/10. Would definitely visit again :)

Nothing, this is a fabulous hotel!

This hotel is amazing, the location is great, walking distance from all the attractions ! Alejandro was so helpful and he recommended nice restaurants and activities !we booked for one day for our family 2 adults +2kids , the room was 2 connected rooms with separate bathrooms, the small room has a good size sofa bed and little kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge, everything was super clean ! If I travel again to Valence, I will definitely book there again!

the location was excellent. the brunch place literally next door is wonderful. the staff was kind and helpful. the size of the room was good for our small family. the style of the flat was very modern and new. we had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bath to make the trip easier. we had 2 tv’s and access to Netflix (bonus!). the AC worked well. overall we really enjoyed the space and would recommend staying here.

we were given plenty of towels however the large bath towels were odd… they did not absorb water like the small ones so it was difficult to dry off after a shower. we ended up relying on the small hand towels which I believe were all cotton (not synthetic) to get the job done. not a huge deal, just stating the way it was. The lighting in the apartment, especially the bathroom, is very dim. it’s kinda like being in night club or romantic restaurant. oohlala! during the day it’s fine, as there are plenty of windows (not in the bathroom though). getting ready at night was a bit challenging. I told my my husband if I looked like I put my makeup on in the dark it was because I literally did! lol. maybe some additional lamps in the apartment or just more powerful bulbs in the bath could help.

Location is fantastic, on Sierpes street, surrounded by shopping, but also a quiet area at night when you need to sleep. The receptionist was extremelyh friendly, walked us up to the room to make sure we could get in with the door codes, and did a map review of the area, as well as sent over a list of recommended places to eat! The bathroom was very clean, and shower pressure was incredible. The TV was awesome, you could log into netflix and watch whatever show which was kind of rare (we stayed at 5 different hotels in our Spain Portugal trip and this was 2 out of 5 that allowed us to do this).

There's no amenities but that's not a problem for the price, and the location.

- Amazing location!!! - great brunch place next door - pretty calm for a downtown place - very clean bathroom and bed - great / easy communication via WhatsApp - staff is ok, could be a bit more welcoming

- junior suite is suitable for families, not so much for couples - it’s not really cozy - check-in was only possible at 5 - we were ok not to have our room cleaned after the first night (they ask you), but were hoping to get another water bottle - unfortunately not possible, quite inflexible in that sense - light curtains would be nice, as otherwise the neighbors can look at you constantly or you need to close the blinds
