Petit Palace Santa Cruz

We were a couple on a short break.Location is amazing. Rooms are clean and have a modern design. Rooms had a balcony with a view to the street. This was nice. You're in close proximity to the cathedral and real alcazar. Lots of food options in 1 minute walk. This is the old Jewish quarter aligned with pretty little cobbled streets and houses. The reception staff were always polite smiling and helpful. You can ask questions about the area and they will help you. They allowed us to stay a little after check in, held our bags and accommodated us by letting us offer our obligatory prayers before leaving. We will come back to this place again whenever we visit Seville in future.

We had twin beds not a double so we had to join beds together by wrapping our sheets tightly around. The hotel did offer an alternative double room. But it wasn't as nice as the one we were in so we declined. Breakfast options seemed like a lot of meat. So we went out for breakfast.

It is located at the heart of Santa Cruz, close to all relevant sites. Very busy and lively. We had a room with a view on a nice square. The rooms are very spacious and modern. Also the room was very clean with an every day cleaning service. The staff was very friendly and helped us to find things out (which train we had to take to Malaga for example).

Some times iw was too noisy outside. The room was very hot (for us) and we thought that there was airconditioning, but in fact that was a heater. We opened the window when we got to bed and that resulted in a lot of noise from outside (cars and all kind of activities that somehow had to be carried out during the night on the square.

Loved everything about this property: location, beds, cleanliness, toiletries, hot water,  extremely helpful stuff, fabulous breakfast buffet (until 11 AM), croissant, and flavored water at the lobby every afternoon.

all the windows facing indoor courtyard, but this  is the typical building structure in Seville because of the heat.  The room was not especially dark despite this orientation.  I don’t think I picked up on this fact when I booked and I’m glad I didn’t because the rest of the features more than meet up for the limited natural lighting.

I am dissapointed of the quality of the room and the Design, a cheap Ikea night tables - for 200 eur per night? Well, I was in Madrid where I stayed in 3* Petit Palace Hotel and it was a great experience. This Hotel is not 4* anymore in my private opinion. It needs some improvements and small refreshments in the rooms. Also the restaurant area was not enough clean. Nevertheless...when you enter the Hotel you can feel a great Aroma and you feel relaxed and chilled. Also the young guy at the reception was a very friendly and helpful person and of course the location: in the heart of Sevilla. Maybe I come again.....Gracias...

Design and interior, too poor

A good location. A warm welcome by a you g guy at the reception as we arrived. Beautiful room, especially the old ceiling <3 Quiet room yet facing the quiet side-street on the first floor. The inner courtyards of the hotel were beautiful. Breakfast looked good, although we did not have it.

The bathroom had no lock and glass walls, so not much privacy. We did not get any cleaning on our second day and on our third day had to ask for dry towels (normally I think it’s ok not to change it everyday but the air was so moist that the towels were wet all the time).

Location is excellent, staff friendly and very helpful, room was small but well laid out , hotel nicely decorated and welcoming , it was lovely to have breakfast in the courtyard so relaxing , its name serves it well, it truly is a little Palace we would definitely stay there again, and fully recommend it

there was no tea /coffee making facilities in room , we was told we could help ourselves to tea/ coffee in the afternoon from the machine the breakfast area but it either it wasnt turned on or there was no milk there.

The hotel is very central to the main city attractions and Tapa's bars. We stayed in a room with a view of the side street which was very interesting as you could people watch. Though we didn't have breakfast we took a look at the courtyard where breakfast is taken, it is a lovely courtyard where you can also sit and have a coffee during the day as they have free coffee facilities after 1pm. The bathrooms were also excellent with both a bath and shower option (we Brit's like our baths). The water was nice and hot, the speed of the water flow was also very fast. The staff were also very friendly on arrival and advised us of the hotel facilities etc.,

Great location in the old town, walking distance of all attractions. Traditional style property with a quirky modern twist. Great shower once we worked out how to set temperature. Staff excellent especially on reception. Helped us with good restaurants and printed boarding passes for us. Highly recommend this hotel

Slight problem with door as key card didn’t always work but reception sorted it out quickly ! Nothing to dislike at all

Clean hotel, modern and clean rooms, spacious, and they kept the traditional style in common areas, location nearby all the tourist attractions and supermarket, quiet area, very helpful staff, place for coffee at any time during the stay

Glass toilet door, water was not fully going from the bathtub when taking shower, in my room to the street you could hear some shouts from people passing at night, however is not a high car traffic area, so it’s quiet, room was cold when arrived as system was off.

Location is just amazing. The breakfast is nice, with some nice Spanish charcuterie such as Queso Manchego, Jamón, etc. But also an nice variety to fit every pallet. The staff was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the main things to do in Sevilla. I travel quite a lot for work, and I must say that the room service food I got here has got to be the best room service I’ve ever had.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. I really liked everything about the hotel, staff, amenities, ambiance and location. Everything was fabulous.
