The breakfast was absolutely amazing with lots of variety. Also the staff were friendly & helpful & recommended a really good late night restaurant next door. We had arrived very late at night. I believe we also had a welcoming drink. The location of the hotel is excellent & near to the airport bus & other transport. The room was very good value for money.

We were only staying one night but the room we were given was extremely dark. Having said this, I had requested a room one up from economy. All the facilities (bathroom etc) were very good but more than a night or two in the room would have been a problem. Perhaps better lighting (especially in the bathroom) would have helped.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location in Seville on a wide main road with lot of activity around and good eating places around it both Spanish and places like Burger King opposite it. The tourist places as the cathedral, Alcazar etc were walking distance from the hotel and the reception staff guided us well The entrance lobby is wide and well manned by a 24 hr reception. The check in process was quite smooth. We had a room on the 6th floor with a terrace attached. The room was very spacious with good sized beds which were comfortable. Fridge and locker were provided . The closet space was small. The bathroom was spacious and clean The air conditioning worked well Lift is little outdated and did get stuck for few hours one day but was rectified in good time The breakfast was good with a good choice of breads. cheese etc The bus stop is just outside the hotel and it is easy to go to any part of Seville from there Would definitely recommend the place for a good stay

The location was excellent within 10/15 mins walk to many of the main attractions and 5 mins to the river. Great restaurants located on this road. The staff were lovely and couldn’t go enough Great choice of breakfast fresh fruit, meats, cheese, hot breakfast etc. Good for all ages. Decor lovely inside rooms and hotel area

Would have liked a bar in the hotel somewhere. Be nice when come back from a busy day to sit down for a drink.

The hotel is in a convenient place near the river and only a 10 minute walk from the Alcazar and Cathedral. There are many good bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is decorated tastefully, and the rooms we had were delightful. All are air conditioned, which is essential in Seville.Breakfast is reasonably priced and offers an excellent selection of hot and cold food.

Perfect! Location was great! It is located central area and near by bus terminal. And I could go to Catharal, Alcasar, Plaza of Spein. . . by walk. Room was clean, wide. Staff was so so kind. Breakfast was very good. Foods was delicious and good healty. She changed some foods every day. She prepared many kind of juices, fruits, yogurts, vegetables looks like avocado. . . When I have breakfast I was happy. If I visit to Sevilla, I will stay this hotel. Thank you very much.

Kind, cheerful staff, very varied breakfast, bright lobby, 24 hrs reception, cozy clean bed, supply of drinking water in the room, spacious bathroom. About 12 minutes walk from the long distance bus station.

The corner inside the room where a desk was placed was a bit too dark while I had to write several cards etc. The room closet was a bit small, it wld have been more practical if it had a light in it, as it was too dark to see the "safe" and the fridge inside the closet.

The location is nice if you are coming to the bus terminal and possibly leaving also from there. You can leave your luggage here and explore the city center easily. The room had an interesting window, which was located very high. So you couldn't really see downwards, but also no one else could see to the room either.

The pillows were not comfortable for me, and my neck was hurting a bit in the mornings. Also, the room smelt quite strong when we arrived there.

The location is excellent, to be honest. Everything of interest, like the Alcazar, was relatively close, about 10-15min walking. Plaza de Toros, Setas, the Cathedral... everything. To be honest, it's a great bang for your buck! José at the front desk was super fun and friendly. The breakfast is decently good, way better than what any American hotel will give you. Seriously, book with them.

The rooms can get hot at night, but to be fair, it was mid-July, and Sevilla is THE hottest city in Europe. Keep water close, at all times.

Great breakfast with fresh fruits and juices, yogurts, seeds, eggs, tortilla, cheeses, jamón, and extended hours from dawn until 11am! Great lounge to chill. Great location, walking distance from all that counts. Great staff with a special mention to Jose Manuel, night receptionist, who welcomed us with a big smile at 3am, and taught all about car parking saving 50%! Overall, great value for a 3* city hotel!

Minor details should be improved such as a slight clogged lavatory, and some better soundproofing. The bed mattress could be better.

Excellent location, great value, and a fun quirky theme of labeling everything in humour (e.g. "this is a towel, this is an almost blank sheet of paper"). I'll be back again in a few days because there's no reason to look for anywhere else. Friendly reception, I didn't include my breakfast but I did take a look and it looked very good, especially the different juice options.
