We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was so nice to have a spacious apartment to stay with with great facilities. The bed was comfortable, shower was good and location was perfect. Walking distance to everything! The whole apartment was beautifully designed and decorated. The apartment building itself was also beautiful and secure. The apartment had an open kitchen, lounge and dining area, a seperate bedroom and bathroom. There was also a washing machine in the apartment which was perfect for us during our 6 week Europe trip. There was plenty of supplies - spare towels, dishwashing tablets and washing machine tablets. The free minibar items (water, beer and juice) was a nice welcome touch! We would love to come back and stay here again one day.

You don’t actually meet any staff. You check in online and get a code to access the property and your room. This process was fine and relatively easy however it would have been nice to have some more information about the facilities and places to go around Seville. Maybe a book or something, even a QR code to an online brochure with information would be good. I did have to contact the hosts to find out where the spare towels and drying rack were kept, however they did get back to me very quick, so it really is only a very small issue.

The apartment is in a beautiful building located on one of the main roads in the centre of town. It has a gorgeous roof terrace, which we haven't been able to use much, but I definitely will if I go back. The flat was nice and well decorated, with a working air conditioning (a life saver in 42 degrees heat) and comfortable bed. I especially liked the little extra things, like sachets of salt and pepper, washing up tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine plus comp drink. I would go back.

Big smart TV that didn't show any channels. A few ants in the bathroom, but the maintenance guy promptly fixed it. I'm not a huge fan of automated check-in and and communication. It's fine when it all works but cannothelp if you have a problem (e.g. with the codes), luckily, they put you on to a real person who is usually able to help.

The house itself is very beautiful and felt very quiet. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and quick. Shampoo, hand & body wash were great quality. Apartment had absolutely everything I needed - I stayed longer, so having a washing machine was really helpful. Location is also great - very close to the bus station, very easy to take day breaks to here and there. Internet worked well, which hasn't always been the case when staying elsewhere. Would happily stay here again in the future and recommend it to my friends.

The apartment is very clean, simple, but with taste, and it has everything you possibly need. The bed is very comfy, and I loved the tiles in the bedroom and living room. Also, the building is just beautiful with typical andalusian tiles. The location is perfect, in the city center, but not in the crowded parts, we had restaurants very near the apartment, and you can definitely walk from the apartment to the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

If there could had been a possibility for another type of breakfast (continental one, english one), not just juice and granola would have been really helpful and awesome, as in the mornings is hard to find a free spot on the restaurants near the apartment.

Breakfast was simple but just ok, left by the door in the morning and we also had a well equipped kitchen. Our rooms were very nice, new and modern. Complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the rooms were quite dark. Im sure there is much better view on the upper floor not facing the patio, so try to ask for those. We were out the whole days, so it did not matter that much. Nice roof deck with a view of the Sevilla cathedral, which is a walking distance, as the most of the sites of Sevilla. Parking was 4 minutes away. Would stay there again

The apartment was well furnished, spacious, bathrooms were newly renovated and had great products. Aircon was great They added a little welcome pack for us when we arrived which is always thoughtful. TV had Netflix Washing machine was great The location is great for walking around most places in Seville

There wasn’t anything that I disliked about the property but an iron and ironing board would have been useful

Great apartment in a great location. 2 separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, and clean. The apartment has all the appliances you need including a dishwasher. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and automated, with no people contact. Numa gives you all the instructions via Whatsapp. Numa owns the whole building and there are several apartments in the building. Only apartment guests can enter the building. Therefore, security is pretty high. The whole building is nice and clean

Great location within 20 minute walk to all relevant attractions. Non contact check in was very easy. Very helpful having a kitchen and washing machine for extended stays. Would recommend and stay again if in Seville.

The second bedroom is a little awkward when accessing the bathroom-the bed is quite close to the wall. Another couch in the living room would have made it a lot more comfortable for 4 adults

Unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Has washer but no dryer (they do have drying racks). Tea and coffee supplied as is detergent etc. It is a great location! A convenience store and coffee shop are next door. Easy to use PIN given for main door and apartment.

I did order the breakfast, but regretted it. It was average and the 11 Euros excessive for what you get. And now knowing a great coffee shop right next door!

Extraordinary space in an old building with modern decor. On the first floor - PIANO NOBILE - very high-ceiling rooms, which made them even larger than they really were. Lots of space, the apartments from the street-side had a balcony and noise-dampening windows, several rooms on the second floor had a terrace and a roof terrace on the third floor open until 10pm. Conveniently located in the area of tapas bars, close to the market, and the Monopol Parasol is just a few minutes walk. Great location.
