NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas

the room was well maintained, with all the items you would require , for a short stay , very clean and tidy on our arrival ,the location of the hotel is superb for visiting the city of Sevilla, how ever we did not have breakfast at the hotel has we felt it was a bit pricey being not big breakfast eaters

the only comment i have is the roof top pool and fertility's, is that the pool is to deep , 1.4mts is ok no more , and what bit of shallow end was to small , I am a strong swimmer so its not a problem but if say you got cramp or worse there is nothing to grab hold of ie a bar , the astro turf got to hot to walk on in bear feet, the tiles are slippy when went , and not enough shaded area to relax in , (this is not a complaint its my thoughts )

This hotel is definitely one we’d return to! There’s plenty of space to park right outside in order to check-in and unload luggage etc and then there’s great parking beneath the hotel. On the roof there’s an excellent pool and sunbathing area. Our room was good with a comfortable very large bed and nice bathroom. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Firstly the TV - it’s not a smart TV so there’s no way to watch Netflix or link your phone to it and the only English channel was BBC World News. Secondly the rooftop pool bar wasn’t open. (Only on weekends we were told when we were stayed there). This meant going all the way down to the bar on the ground floor for a drink!

The breakfast was extremely rich and varied. From cereals, meat and cheese cuts to yogurt and various exotic fruits. They also offer natural orange juice, which I consume every time I visit Spain. The room was clean.

Since it is about a 4-star hotel, it should be clearly noted that the drinks/snacks in the room are additionally paid. Namely, drinks such as tea or coffee (it turns out that they are included in the price already) can be found in the room with various snacks next to them. However, the snacks and the drinks from the bar were not included in the price but there was no instructions nor price list about it. Suggestion for improvement would be putting the price list of additionally charged snacks and drinks in the room.

Well maintained hotel, very comfortable bed, well laid out room, good location near many interesting sites Friendly helpful staff Good value for hotel room This hotel had a promotion whereby you got a coupon for a free drink for every day that you agreed to forego housekeeping services. This is an excellent way to reduce the vast amount of waste in hotels. Well done.

Food was expensive. The Menu del Dia in the restaurant needs some serious improvement. WIFI at times sluggish

Not a pretty location on arrival but its only a short walk into the nicer little streets and onto all the main attractions of Seville. Big room, mini bar, lovely bed. A Mercadona is directly behind the hotel as is the Bus Station. There is public parking adjacent to the hotel but like all the Seville car parks on our visit it was full with a queue of cars waiting! We parked out of town and found the Taxi ride to be good value(6 Euros for a 10-12 min drive).

A couple of little things, given the cost of one night, a nice coffee machine but only two pods to put in it, probably more available if I asked but when you are on the 6th floor its not so simple. Also two wine glasses are in the room but they were odd, not matching. Minor points I know.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring Seville. The swimming pool was excellent and so welcome in the very hot weather in August. We had breakfast one morning and dinner one evening and the food was very good.

We arrived late at night and the receptionist was not very friendly. Just basically took our details and gave us our keys. He didn't even tell us where the lifts were. No interaction of any kind. All other staff during our stay were helpful and friendly

I loved the rooms and the local shopping

breakfast on my first day was in the lovely bar. it was nice and relaxed until they started packing up the beget 30 mins before the advertised closing time. the next day I was directed to another area for breakfast even though the lobby breakfast was open. the breakfast was noisy as there was a bus load of tourists having their breakfast in that room and another meeting was taking place near by which was quite noisy. on day three I was once again seated in the lobby but then again people were being directed to the other breakfast area including people who were meeting up with people already seated in the lobby breakfast area. I did not have one leisurely breakfast for my whole stay.

A lovely big modern hotel in a good location to explore Seville. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop pool, terrace area and bar was a nice feature at the end of the day. The superior king room was spacious and clean.

The bedroom was big but could be better laid out. It had a large seating area but it was rather bland and characterless. More space was actually needed in the bathroom. Having the handbasin outside the bathroom and next to the small wardrobe did not work. Nobody could use the wardrobe while the basin was in use and it wasn't private.

The Plaza De Armas feels like a luxury hotel at a good price point. The location is excellent, as is the staff. The morning buffet is excellent as well. My husband was ill and the staff carried a breakfast tray up to our room for him. We were very impressed. There is a small bar/lounge that serves food and drinks. The location is perfect for a visit to Seville. The supermarket just out the back is great for additional things you may need. All in all, a super experience.

We liked everything.

Arrived on Sunday so everytjing waa practically closed including the Plaza de Armas mall. Went to some nearby reataurants recommended by frknt desk but shops were not serving food at 3pm and ended up at hotel restaurant . Booked Flamenco show next to Isla Magica from front desk . Show was ok. Bought hop on hop off bus but unable to use due to limited time . Should have booked a hotel in the city centre as this hotel was not within walking distance .
