couldn’t say enough about it, everything was perfect, reading the reviews I almost change my mind and cancel it because of the bad reviews, they are completely no sense, the pool is amazing and big almost all the time was empty but still enough space and chairs it opens at 11am u have all morning to visit the city and back to the pool because was to hot to be waking around and it stays opens until 11pm🤗, breakfast is absolutely beautiful so many choices everything taste so good and fresh, fresh orange juice and avocado made my day, room was big and beautiful, the size of the bed and tv is unbelievable, coffee machine with capsules at the room too, all the areas was super clean and everything is new and renovated,the location is just amazing, I enjoy every day cross the bridge with beautiful weather and catch the sunshine, and plus get fresh cherries on the market just on the corner,so many tapas bar and gelatos around it, u need to be to lazy to say that it is far from the city, all the staff was so friendly and helpful, and I big thanks to let me do late check out, that was so nice to being enjoy on more afternoon at the hotel once my flight was late evening, that was one of the many hotels that I have been that didn’t disappoint me in anything

I loved the neighbourhood - Triana is less touristic (especially around the hotel), which made me feel comfortable. I loved the staff - always so helpful! Room was comfortable, bed was amazing, TV was able to cast from my phone, USB plugs, pool brilliant (unheated btw which is absolutely fine for me as it was so hot), coffee provided in two little pods each day in the room which was amazing, drinks to buy by the pool lovely and reasonably priced, view incredible, just brilliant! I also hired a city bike from directly outside the hotel and cycled into Seville central which was great.

I mean for me personally I could have got into the pool at 9 but I know why it stays closed - to allow the staff to clean the area I should think. Nothing else at all it was amazing.

Concierge - Upon arrival Jose gave us a map and highlighted all of the attractions to visit and gave advice on where to eat. He was also able to get us an early check in as we arrived at 11am (check in is 2pm- thank you) The concierge staff were really friendly and always greeted us as we passed making us most welcome. Staff helped us book the river cruise with ease (a must during a sunset). At the end of our staff, we were able to get a later checkout for 4pm for a free. Room- spacious room with most of the commodities you’d require for your stay. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The housekeepers frequently cleaned the room to a good standard. Food- breakfast was available between 7-11am- perfect for people who like a lie in. There was a wide selection of foods from meats to pastries- both hot and cold. The waiters were attentive and extremely polite. You can also order food from the bar at any point during the day or evening (with a good variety to choose from). Again, staff were always really attentive and polite. Pool and gym- fully functioning gym was readily available; although limited equipment it’s perfect for someone who wants to work out whilst away. The pool was open between 7am-11pm, with an attentive bar person available throughout the day. There were plenty of sun loungers, the pool was clean and there was a fantastic bar area with a view of the Seville cathedral.

The room was spacious and cool with a large king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice of both hot and cold food. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and Ana on the front desk told me about a couple of local supermarkets which came in very handy for water / fruit etc. The pool is great for cooling off at the end of a long day in the heat.

The hotel is a bit of a walk over the bridge from the main city which was fine for us as reasonably fit 60 year olds - about 25 minutes - but could be a bit of a challenge in the heat (it was 45 degrees while we were there), so worth bearing this in mind. Also in our experience the best, friendliest restaurants (and surprisingly the cheapest) restaurants seem to be in the roads right next to the cathedral on the other side, so it's worth walking a bit further to get to these as you won't be disappointed. Also you get to have a swim in the lovely pool when you get back to the hotel!

We treated ourselves to a Junior suite as it was my husbands 60th, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All mod cons in the rooms. Huge TVs, bathroom had hairdryer and hair straighteners! Very comfortable big bed with a pillow menu. Lighting in the room was also very nice with different ways to set it. Outdoor court yard area for drinks. Rooftop area with pool where you can also sit out. The hotel itself is lovely and can't fault the staff. Underground car parking which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Has elevators. Only a 20 minute walk into Seville city but plenty of restaurants & cafes within walking distance.

Location was perfect- easy 10min walk to the bridge to get across to Seville. Quiet location but loads of tapas restaurants and Spanish bars 5 mins walk away. Felt really safe walking around in the evening (two sisters). Pool area was lovely and clean, staff all super friendly helped with tickets and showing us best places to go. Rooms comfortable and spacious with good power shower. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety available (pastries, breads, fruit, granola yoghurt, and some hot cooked items too). Breakfast timings were good also- great for early starts and also more leisurely mornings. I would stay there again next time in Seville without fail.

Hard pushed for faults, the only improvement would be more drawer space in the room for clothes but most people probably only stay a few days whereas we stayed for 5 nights so we probably brought more than others would (I’m not a light packer either). Wasn’t a deal breaker on the hotel and did not impact stay at all - would happily stay there again as it was.

A really smart refurbished hotel. Lots of nice modern aesthetic interior design, from the reception to the bedrooms. Only a few steps from the hop on - hop off bus stop for a city tour which includes a river boat trip. The bedrooms are lovely with large TV and free WiFi. Coffee machine. USB points. Quiet aircon. Beautiful modern bathroom with lots of lovely products. Small neat swimming pool on the roof terrace. Really helpful staff who speak good English. Superb breakfast - lots of choices including Cava! Vibrant area just up the road in the evening. Many restaurants.

You can only order snacks from the bar. Quite a selection of bar food, but no dinner available in the restaurant unfortunately.

The hotel location is perfect for walking into the Old Town, approximately 10 minutes to the market and pedestrianised eating area and 20 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Triana district is mainly residential with loads of cafes, bars, a few shops and banks. Front desk staff were super helpful, particularly Ivan who was on every afternoon/evening. The room was good with plenty of wardrobe space, a nice en-suite, a mini-fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. We bought our own pods, tea bags and milk as we were there for 5 days and a very nice Carrefour Express was just 3 mins walk away. The electronic lights for 'Do not disturb' or 'Please service' were very useful and worked well. The rooftop pool was a real treat, with waiter served drinks reasonably priced. The fitness room, although small was quiet and fitted with a good range of equipment.

Breakfast was too expensive for us @€16 per person, when you can get fresh orange juice, coffee and a jamon tostada for €3.95 a few minutes down the road.

The staff here were so amazing they brightened every day. I want to give a special mention to Pablo at the front desk for exceptional service and friendliness but all the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. Even when we noticed they had worked long shifts covering different areas like the pool in the evening and the dining room in the morning, the staff were always bright, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. It was within walking distance for the Feria de Abril and really easy to get to by car without having to drive through the busy city centre. It was really convenient with a pharmacy and supermarket a 2 minute walk away and nice restaurants close by and all the tour operators we looked at offered pick up from this hotel.

I can’t think of anything negative to say.

The location of the hotel was perfect about 15-20 walking distance to the center of Seville. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as some of the excursions we had booked were very early in the morning. The room and bathroom were all very nice clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and cushions with complimentary toiletries, Nespresso coffee capsules and teas. The staff were more than helpful. We were also able to find time to use the roof terrace swimming pool which was really great way to cool off after a very busy day of sight seeing but it is not open all night.

I didn't find any cause for improvements.
