Hotel Alcázar

24 hour reception service. We arrived unexpectedly very late (after midnight), and the receptionist welcomed us warmly. No worry here for having to find your keys in a box with a certain code etc. The room was exceptionally quiet, comfortable and meticulously clean. It’s location close to the bus station, made it ideal for us to walk to and from the station. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, convenience of location, warm, staff, greeting, Excellent accommodation. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet convenient place to stay, this is it.

The location was amazing for sightseeing and close to great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and everything was in great condition. my room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable with great air conditioning. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel (too many great local places to try) but it did seem busy when I went by in the morning. The location was perfect to be able to come back to the hotel for a break between sightseeing or to relax before going out in the evening. Closer to the San Bernardo station if you are coming or going by train. Santa Juste station was about 25 minutes walk when I arrived (lots of cobblestone!) but San Bernardo was only 15 min and smooth sidewalks mostly when I left.

The location opposite the Murillo Gardens makes it very convenient for visiting the old town. My room was spacious, attractively furnished and very clean. It also had a kettle, which is unusual for Spanish hotels. Sachets of tea and sugar were provided, but it would have been good to have had coffee too.

I had a room next to an internal patio so there was no view and no natural light. As I was only there for one night, it wasn't a problem but it wouldn't have been ideal for a longer stay.

I liked the location, the room and bathroom were ideal in size and I loved having a bath and a shower to use. The breakfast was adequate, typical and as expected

I asked for milk for my room as there was a kettle with a selection of teas but was refused this, told no milk was available but I take milk in my tea and after the long walks we took and the sight-seeing I would have loved a cup of tea. I did not like the pillows, they were too soft. I know we were in Spain but some English speaking channels would have been helpful for the late evenings when you flopped into bed but had nothing to watch.

Excellent location opposite the Real Alcazar Gardens. Airport bus stop is around the corner. Breakfast was fine, and room had aircon. Staff were helpful. Unlike other reviews I've read there was no problems with noise.

The room size was a little smaller than expected - eg smaller than a typical PremierInn room in UK - but we were out most of the time so not really relevant. Although the hotel has breakfast there is no bar /cafe, although there is a coffee machine in the foyer. There are plenty of cafes within a 1 minute walk.

Nice modern room with good amenities. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location.

I experienced a bit of a cultural shock when on my first night in Spain I realized that my bed is only 180 cm long. :D luckily I could sleep diagonally. The location is good, but keep in mind that the distance to the cathedral looks smaller on the map - in between you have the Alcazar gardens which you cannot cross and have to walk around.

It was central, comfortable and clean, and the 24 hour reception meant arriving at 2am (delayed flight) was not a problem. The man on reception was friendly and helpful and I was able to store my baggage for the next day. Clever decor with a whole wall covered with a scenic Seville photo.

My room only had a window to a light well. If I had stayed longer I would have sought a room with better outlook.

I loved everything! The hotel was very modern and clean, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The location of this place can't be beat as well, it's right across the street from the park and 5 minutes walking to the real alcázar and the center of town. We will definitely be back!

Nothing, everything was amazing!

It was very proper and clean and very close to all the touristic attractions. The staff were always very helpful and provided information when needed. Also, on our last day, we got to leave our bags in their luggage storage until the time to go to the aeroport

There was always some noise in the early morning. Maybe there were some renovations going on

location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Seville although the room was lovely for a night and a bonus with tea making our view was not great - overlooking a very small enclosed area of walls - but this did not matter to us as it was just night . checking in staff was great he gave us loads of information and was helpful and friendly
