Lovely little place, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and a good location. Only stayed the one night but would happily have stayed longer. Shower gel and handwash in the rooms, water in the fridge, hairdryer, even a comb and tissues! Able to get iron and ironing board too. Didn't try the breakfast but at €7 it looked to be good value.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like but if I had to offer one improvement, it would be to put a kettle in the room - us Brits do love our cuppa! There is a coffee pod machine in the reception which is chargeable though. Also couldn't get the TV to come on, but this could have just been me. Didn't bother contacting reception as it was late at night and only wanted to flick through the channels so wasn't an issue. WiFi was a little slow when we were all using it together.

The location is convenient in a quiet street. The hotel layout is kind of unique, but very nice, and kind of folkloric. Staff is helpful and affable in giving you directions and recommendations

The parking system with the card you need to pickup before registering is a little complicated, as well as the 20 Euros deposit has to be in cash. It will work better if just the hotel validate the ticket and pay later on to the parking company. Also, no matter what time you arrive to the hotel the parking day ends at 12 pm or midday, so it IS NOT 24 hours from arrival. If children playing or adults talking in the central garden, it may become noisy in the room, but it is tolerable.

Really nice and quirky hotel. Bed was super-comfortable, really wide for two people. Room very clean with hairdryer, toiletries, clean towels, plenty of plug sockets etc. Shower very good. Wi-Fi excellent. Location is really good, ten minutes walk to the Alcazar/Cathedral, Le Setas just round the corner. Walkable from the main train station where the airport coach drop of is (Ave Kansas City/Estacion Santa Justa)...perhaps about 20 minute walk, although if you have a lot of luggage maybe get a taxi from the station (quite cheap in Seville). Staff really helpful (they even sell cheap water at Reception (nice touch). Breakfast very good and plenty of it (they even had Spanish Christmas cake on Jan 6th (the national Epiphany holiday)). Plenty of choice at breakfast inc hot dishes as well as cold. Also a breakfast patio. Price was very reasonable too.

Stayed with family in Quad room. Excellent size room, comfortable and with a bath. There was a small courtyard to sit outside in and the room was light and airy. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of choices and while it is a little way from the very centre there are still a number of eating and entertainment options around.

Not much. Bit of a walk to some of the main tourist sites and it is very easy to get lost in the nearby streets. The street itself is a bit dark at night.

I really liked the location of the hotel it was city centre without being noisy. The hotel had a nice feel about it and certainly a book reads place to stay. The setting for the breakfast area on the 3rd floor was really nice and outside in the seated area was nice for relaxing in the sun. Unfortunately my experience of the hotel was detrimentally influenced by the single room allocated (109). it was very small (and not surprisingly doesn't feature in any of the hotel photos). Being on the ground floor in the corner of a small courtyard there was little natural light in the room. I wouldn't recommend this particular room to anyone who is staying anymore than a couple of days. One thing I would like to commend the hotel for was the secure wifi network. During a months travelling in Spain (10 hotels) it was the only hotel which offered s secure wifi network. The breakfast selection was very good and the staff all friendly, pleasant and helpful

The allocated room was the only aspect of the stay which I have a negative comment about. Too small and very little natural light.

Small, nicely decorated and clean family room. Friendly and efficient staff upon check in and out. Liked that you can temporarily leave luggage even after check out. Breakfast choices was limited but adequate, served at the top of the building. The main sights were at least 10-20 minutes away by walking but the neighborhood was safe, quiet and quaint with charming restaurants around. The hotel is near Las Setas de Sevilla, an architectural scenic spot with a lot of restaurants to choose from.

Experienced rude hotel guests (directly above our room) dragging beds and other heavy stuff and rowdiness at almost 12 midnight. Noise was loud and annoying enough for us to complain to the front desk. They promised to call the attention of the rude guests. The noise went on for more excruciating few minutes - more likely because those rude people had FINALLY rearranged the room to their hearts’ content and passed out and not because of the front desk.

The family room was perfect for four. Very small but everything we needed for one night. It would be cramped for longer. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee maker was excellent. Excellent central location that we could walk from.

Parking was a hassle as the hotel key card didn't work when parking and when checking out.

The guy at reception was extremely helpful, telling us what to see and recommendations for restaurants etc. Given it's only a 2 star I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable (and huge!). The breakfast was good value.

Nothing really. It was a little noisy as the room was fairly near reception and you could hear people coming in late at night, but nothing you can do about that.

The hotel is located within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to visit, very close to Las Setas. They are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room for four is spacious enough. The beds are wide and comfortable, even the bunk beds. The staff is extremely kind and helpfull. Special thanks to the recepcionist who received us and sent us away. We would happily stay at the same hotel next time!

The location was excellent, the staff are really kind. The room was elegant tidy but basic. They had a quite interesting room service menu that was supplied by an outside company that was good food. The price was extremely high for what it was, however I must say this was the weekend where it was the UEFA cup final so that's down to us for booking then. All in all a nice place to stay
