Spacious & clean room. Safe available in the room, Aircon works a treat. Breakfast offered was plentiful & fresh. COVID restrictions apparent. Got to use the underground garage for free for my motorcycle. Great location for touring the area. 10 / 15 minutes walk into the centre of town, but via the Roman Viaduct so keeps it interesting & a sure fire way not to get lost.

we had a large, quiet room with a huge bathroom. The rooms were quite plain, in keeping with the monastic theme, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were airy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk , we are over 70, to the centre of Segovia, an easy route, just follow the aqueduct. The cloister area at the hotel was a pleasant place to enjoy an evening drink. we didn’t have an evening meal at the hotel as we preferred to go to town where there was lots happening but we noticed that the hotel restaurant was very popular. The breakfasts were good and catered for all tastes.

We have stayed here several times over the years in many different rooms. They have plenty of parking, secure parking for motorbikes and it’s not that far to walk into the city centre. Segovia is an amazing place to visit but this time we were only there for 1 night. Our room was spotless , the bed was comfortable. The aircon worked great. They have an amazing restaurant but sadly we were just too tired to eat everything this time. With it being a weekend they did have a wedding on so the hotel was super busy. The reception staff are always good here and check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good like normal. We wouldn’t keep going back to this hotel every time we visit Segovia if it wasn’t good.

Within walking distance of the old town. Free private parking outside hotel - there is an underground car park available for a fee, but it's not really necessary unless you drive a Lamborghini! Reception friendly and efficient, and sorted a problem we encountered (see minus point) without fuss. Breakfast more than adequate - would recommend to our Anglo Saxon friends to go for the jamon serrano rather their usual bacon! Its a very characterful, historic building, and it's a privilege to stay there.

The layout of some of the bedrooms means that the beds in adjoining rooms are sharing the same wall, which is inadequately sound proofed. On the first night we heard every word being spoken in the adjoining bedroom, even though they were not raising their voices. We raised this with reception, who swiftly moved us to another bedroom.

Lovely historique hotel, good location, 10 mins walk to the centre of town. Breakfast was good and included. Parking €15 pn. Dinner in the hotel is very good. Set menu for €25pp for three courses. Very friendly waitresses. Comfortable bed.

Walls in the bedroom are paper thin! We could hear clearly the conversations in the next room (and the snoring all night) Receptionist not friendly on arrival

I liked the quiet and peaceful location of the hotel, it was really restful. The breakfast was delicious and had so much kinds to eat. Fresh orange juice was great. Rooms were not big, but they were comfy and silent, that was all I needed. Outdoor parking is free, Segovia city center is at a walking distance. And it was a pleasure to stay in a historic old monastery.

Breakfast egg and omlete choices could be more. Air conditioner operates a little bit noisy.

Staying in a converted monastery, with modern touches where necessary. Nice courtyard, great restaurant with superb prepared food. Scrummy breakfast. Adequate private parking but also separate secure parking for 12 euros, which is under hotel and a hairy drive to reach. 10 minutes walk to aqueduct, another 10 to the plaza, and another10 to the Disney castle.

At times staff can be a little bit abrupt at times, but this is probably more about using second language than being rude.

Rooms were large/ lovely and clean . Beautiful building. Staff were very friendly. Location is ideal . Onsite parking . Caters for Gluten free meals/ breakfast on offer. Leave the car and take a taxi to the plaza mayor 7 €. For 4 adults. 20/25 walk to the plaza. Excellent value

Could hear other folk speaking next room.. But didn't put us off.

The location was terrific. We were able to walk into the main town area with the aqueduct in about 20 minutes. It was an easy walk and the aqueduct was beautiful at night. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our twin room was very clean and comfortable. We had a rental car and the 'on site' parking was good ... but pretty narrow at the entrance.

The hotel is located at the edge of the old town and at the beginning of the famous aqueduct. Situated in one part of a much larger 500 year old convent, the cloisters and timber ceilings are spectacular. We were delighted to receive a private tour of some of the older sections of the building by a very helpful staff member.

The room was a little smaller than a modern hotel equivalent, but considering we were staying in a restored 500 year old building this was a small price to pay.
