Best staff on earth! The decor is stunning!

The dinner at the restaurant was expensive and the food was not that good. The internet connection all over the hotel is terrible.

Booked a swimup room from August 23-29 2021. I can never book a regular hotel room ever again ;) Pool directly behind the terrace door, as advertised, short distance to reception/ restaurant, supermarket across the street, beach is 5 minutes down the road, getting into Santa Eularia maybe 10- 15 minutes walking. Staff was TREMENDOUSLY friendly, everything was clean, people were happy to help. I would definitely suggest this hotel to friends and family or come back myself!

The only thing missing in the hotel room is (enough) hooks for the towels. If you're more than one person, there's not really an option on how to han/ dry your towels- Also for future reference, it would be nice if the website included different means of getting to the hotel/ how to get there from the airport. Having to sort out bus connections when not speaking Spanish is a bit tricky, if you're not considering taking a cab or a rental car.

The staff and relaxed atmosphere especially if you have a baby or toddler. Beds were super comfy!

Only a tiny hanging space for clothes and no draws so had to pile clothes next to bed/ leave in suitcase. Cement floors in rooms is deadly slippery when wet, which is daily with open shower, so beware!

We just loved our stay at Nativo++ LOCATION - The location is very quiet and convenient. It isn't right on the beach but it is so close to Santa Eulelia and Cala Llonga that we actually preferred being a bit out but still only a couple of minutes' drive from everything.. FACILITIES - The facilities are, although not the highest of quality, so beautiful. The entire place is just a little paradise with the pools and upstairs bar. FOOD - The restaurant serves some of the best food we had during our entire trip! Breakfast is absolutely out of this world. PARKING - We rented a car and were able to park in their dedicated parking lot. Very convenient. STAFF - Last but definitely not least, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were always so nice and welcoming. Always willing to give us a hand, give us advice and to go out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. If I could give them an 11 for their staff I would++

The only little thing was that the doors aren't so great quality so there was a bit of noise that seeps through. It wasn't a big problem for us but something to be aware of.

Everything about this property is amazing. The staff are incredible and they make you feel like you are at home. The breakfast is insanely good and a lot of options to choose from . Overall facilities are amazing and I will be staying at Nativo everytime im in ibiza

The room was lovely and cleaned well. The staff at reception were always friendly and accommodating (Andrea in particular) and they gave us a free bottle of cava as they knew it was a birthday holiday for my partner. The general vibe of the hotel was relaxed and comfortable and rooftop pool was great.

There was no hot water for the bath in the room which was a real shame as I was really looking forward to a hot bath given it is a statement piece of the room. Also the staff were not very friendly during breakfast service (on a few occasions) and during the one time we ordered room service. Which was a shame as aside from those points it would have been a perfect stay.

The perfect getaway with more than a few touches of luxury. The design and overall aesthetic of the place is divine. We were lucky enough to have a swim up room, which was perfect for chilling out on the little terrace outside of our room-although it was a little chilly for lots of dips by the time we’d come back from exploring. The rooms are well laid out and the beds are so comfortable. We wanted to take ours home. The staff are incredible. everyone is so smiley and helpful, and you’re only a WhatsApp message away from anything your might need We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings, and had the loveliest experience, especially our cocktails made by the wonderful Juan, who couldn’t have done more for us, and was around for chats. I loved the yoga sessions on the rooftop area in the mornings. All in all we will treasure our holiday and stay at Nativo, and hope to be back.

We stayed mid October so humidity was high, which meant that mornings and overnight were damp. There’s not many places to hang towels, or swimsuits that need drying out, so everything stayed damp. The rooms could do with a little more places to hang clothing / towels - really they need a heated towel rail.

Lovely room and super comfy beds. Robert on the front desk was fabulous, welcoming and fun. Great to have a coffee machine.

Restaurant upstairs abit disappointing last Sunday night..they promote it as gastronomy with fire and coals but my husbands lamb cutlets were fatty and not butchered very well and cooked in a pan..pretty tasteless given their promotion and my octopus wasn’t great either. Getting an iron was difficult and no ironing board. One of the female front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming.

A great new hotel on the island. Located in a quieter area, the hotel adheres to an overall minimal and tropical aesthetic. For the price, it really did exceed our expectations. There are numerous pool areas with day beds and cushions - all exceptional. There's even an adult-only rooftop pool area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a classic Ibizan feel to it and an amazing bathtub and balcony - we were very impressed.

Air con seemed to have a weird preset on it so the room didn't seem to get very cool. The loo flush got stuck a few times and there seemed to be a small leak in the room somewhere, possibly from the air con?! It's a renovated building and it only opened during Covid so feel like there was still a few little things to iron out.

The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was very busy due to an international sports event taking place but we were still well looked after. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and evening dining were pleasant. A short (10 minute) walk takes you into the main and a plentiful supply of restaurants and bars.

Car parking is difficult near the hotel and could be sign posted or more clearly indicated.
