The transfer to the metro was very convenient.. with a van operating between 7am to 10:30 pm. There was lots of parking available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained. Staff were professional. The lounge area was a nice place to have a drink and relax.

While it isn’t as convenient as a centrally located hotel in the heart of Sevilla, the price is excellent and the savings and quality of accommodation make the 30 minute commute (by hotel transfer and metro) a small sacrifice.

My daughter is in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. On the 2nd day of our holiday, my daughter had a flat tyre on her wheelchair which potentially could have ruined our holiday. However, I asked reception thinking that they may know somewhere to take it. Instead, they asked their own maintenance staff to look at it and it was fixed in minutes and it's still fully working now. Thank you! Additionally, they had a hoist by the pool and everyday the pool life guard helped her in and out making her holiday so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for all the help and the touches of kindness throughout our holiday.

We loved every bit of our holiday.

The staff were very accommodating, the reception area and dining facilities were great. The pool area was also good and well run. The free bus to the metro station was a plus too as the metro station into sevlle was quite a walk away from the hotel.

Although the exterior, the reception area and the dining facilities of the hotel are beautiful, the actual rooms are very dated and somewhat uncomfortable. There could be more vending machines throughout also. The air conditioning in our room did not work, the fridge was tiny and not very cold. There was no rubbish bin in the room apart from a small bin for bathroom waste. The phone in the room constantly rang (dead tone when answered) had to disconnect altogether.

big and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, not too big but modern bathrooms, nice hall, terrace, pool, cozy bar and good breakfast halls, space to park outside even when fully booked. good variety at breakfast. good location but need to have a car, also good for taxi/Uber pick up.

poor signs to indicate the way in and they should trim a bush at the exit that does not allow to see too well at the stop sign. small bathrooms and long hallways to walk, the main entrance lift broke (staff were really nice and reactive to offer a solution for low mobility people). breakfast has variety but hot dishes were cold.

The room was very similar to business hotels of this type. No frills. No marble bath, etc. The basics were provided.

I did not care for the location as I am not traveling by car. The nearest bus stop (for public transport) is a 5-minute walk away from the hotel BUT you must risk your life and cross a busy highway in order to reach the bus stop. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the nearest metro station but the shuttle service takes some time to arrive. It would be great if the hotel had a larger fleet of shuttle vehicles. If you have a car and are driving everywhere from the hotel, you might find that the location of this property is great.

The staff was really nice, room clean and comfortable. 24 hour reception, shuttle that takes you to the closest metro. Very reasonable rate. There's a pool that opens at 11am, and they offered to look after our stuff if we wanted to use it after checking out - that was really nice of them. They seemed to have thought accessibility through, which was very nice to see. They had lots of lifts for wheelchairs around the lobby.

It's not exactly in a vibey area and on the outskirts of Seville, but I knew that upon booking. We were getting in late from the airport and just needed a place to crash.

The room and hotel was lovely, very comfortable and very clean

An iron was not provided, although there is a telephone in the room, it did not work it would be helpful if you could ring reception from the hotel room. Additionally, although the shuttle bus was very useful it would be useful to have a leaflet explaining times etc.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a great en-suite shower. Particular thanks to Jesus at reception who was so helpful in retrieving my holdall, which I left in a taxi. It was my fault, but he phoned around and got it back for me... thank you!! Also, a mention must go to Maite and Joaquin on the piano bar, who were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is out of the main city area but they provide a free shuttle service that takes you to the nearest metro station, which is only 4 stops from the centre and is a great way to travel into the city. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Nothing to dislike, an excellent hotel!

Big rooms with big comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom. Staff is very kind and helpful. The (extra) breakfast is good but slightly overpriced. You get a bottle (actually can) of water every day in your room. Free parking and shuttle service (1euro per person for a return ticket to a nearby metro station) makes it very convenient for people travelling by car who do not want to deal with parking in Sevilla city center.

There was a slight smoking smell in the room, although it was supposed to be non-smoking. Based on the type and the location of the room, it can be also quite noisy (we were luckily upgraded to a room with a small hall, which meant a second door to the room, and it greatly helped with the noise). The room was slightly cold (December 2022). This is not necessarily a bad thing, but beware that the hotel is in a neighborhood where you cannot go for a walk, it's surrounded by roads and mostly big shops/malls. On the other hand, the shuttle service is very convenient, and it lasts till 22:30. If you wanna stay in the center longer, you might need to take a taxi/uber from the metro station, which is not expensive (around 5euros for a ride with cabify).

Location was idea for getting into Seville centre. By taxi, €12 & €10 back. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Good bar area and we got a bottle of wine for €10. The pool area did look good, however we didn't have time to use it. Also the parking was free.

We opted to pay for breakfast and it was disappointing. The dining room was chaotic and most people couldn't get a coffee. I saw one guy take a cup of watery milk to one of the staff members to prove that all the machines he tried didn't dispense any coffee. I couldn't understand what the staff member said. Maybe the hotel had ran out of coffee or he didn't want to help. On top that there was no coffee making facilities in the room which it would have expected in a 4 star hotel. When I went to the taxis outside the hotel, initially gave me an inflated price but I haggle them down to a more reasonable price.
