Exe Puerto de Sagunto

The hotel itself is quite good, clean, comfortable bed, rich breakfast (but little bit expensive - 13 euro per person). Has a pool, small one but clean. U can park for free near the hotel, not sure if it's safe. We where lucky)

The location was suprisingly disappointing. The nearest beach is about 2 km, you'd better take a car, cause its kind of industrial area near the port with logistic centers and storage buildings around. It takes about half an hour to get to Valencia by car.

Clean, all the facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. As I warned them in advance that I would come with my bike and needed a secure place to keep it overnight, they very kindly found a place inside the building for it

The area around the hotel is an industrial zone. They don't seem to provide any food apart from breakfast in the morning), just drinks. I arrived around 3.30pm and I was starving hut they didn't have even snacks to offer.

The staff at the reception. Even if I was annoyed with the cleaning manager who was extremely loud in the corridor in the morning. All the rest of the staff was very professional and very nice and welcoming which made us feel very comfortable and we appreciated the perfect service

The restaurant was closed on the weekend

The best hotel that I've stayed in in many years. We liked everything. A comfy quiet room, amazing bed, great shower, and only a small walk from the amenities. Good value for money. Briliant! I've no idea why it doesn't have a better score than an average of 8.6.

There's no local shops or places to go to grab bottles of water or bits for the room. It's also a good walk to the beach and strip

Professional, efficient and friendly front desk staff. Made sure my bicycle was made safe and secure overnight. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Great shower. Everything worked exactly as it was meant. Really no issues at all with this place.

This big modern hotel is located in the middle of an industrial estate which some people may have issues with but for me it was absolutely fine. It’s not too long a walk to the beach and to the bars and restaurants. Glass wash hand basin which I personally don’t like.

Breakfast excellent and the little pool is quiet and accommodating bar and services excellent would deff recommend this hotel to others

Cannot fault the room or facilities, the room was clean and the shower of a high standard and large bath towels provided, so often you get something the size of a flannel to dry with , but these were great! The beds were very comfortable and heating and ventilation v good. Of course during he pandemic not all facilities are available and services can be curtailed but the Exe was impressive in the way they have provided for the pandemic. The staff were very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help. Please be aware that during the restrictions that it is difficult to find food in the town after four in the afternoon and what is available is limited

Just two things I think could be better, due to the covid restrictions it is difficult to go out for a late night/early morning hot drink so I feel that for a hotel with such good standards it could be possible to provide a kettle in each room, we normally have our own milk and coffee so a kettle would suffice, at breakfast there was a good selection, unfortunately the servers failed to mention that scrambled eggs were available, possibly due to them not speaking English, not their fault!!! most probably ours for not speaking Spanish!

Underground secure parking is essential for me, this was fine. A steep ramp down scraped my front spoiler but nothing much. Nice modern room. Has a small outdoor pool but this was closed for a function. Staff very helpful.

Bed was on wheels so rolled away from the wall when you sat against the headboard, bit annoying, jammed it with a towel in the end. Hotel is located on an industrial estate about 15 min walk from anything, 25mins to the beach area.
